My boyfriend and I come here all the time and have never had anything but positive experiences. We went in earlier this evening and each got a couple paralyzers made with egg nog (they’re delicious). Anyway, we each got a meal and when we got the bill later it came to over $60. Turns out they charge $5.50 for the paralyzer and an ADDITIONAL $3.50 just for the egg nog. I brought it up with our server, Taelor O, and asked her why they were charging so much more just for egg nog (FYI egg nog in the store costs $5.00 for 2L). She soon got very defensive and rude and said we could talk to the manager so we did. He was very nice and offered to take the cost off of the bill for the egg nog. However, our waitress didn’t come around again for another 10 minutes with our bill. When she did come, she said absolutely nothing. We paid and said thank you and she did not say anything and left. I have worked in customer service and when a customer raises a concern with you, you treat them with respect and in no way should you get defensive or rude like that. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m just hoping that her manager reads this and she gets talked to about...

Unfortunately, I have to change my previous 5 star review to a 1. I don't know what has happened to this place lately but our last few visits have been SUPER disappointing. Service is terrible. The waitress we had this past Saturday was so incredibly rude, cranky with everyone and beyond slow/kept ignoring our table. It was busy in the bar, I'll give her that. But I'm talking like 30+ minute waits for things like a beer. A different girl had to come by a few times to bring us drinks/clear the table etc. She seemed quite apologetic. Food was messed up a few times, or completely forgotten. One of the bills was messed up. One of the people at our table went to the bar to order a drink after a LONG wait and she came stomping over afterwards with attitude. The only time she cracked a smile or was even close to polite was when she got a cash tip from someone at the table (who admitted later they didn't want to tip but were too embarrassed not to).

We have had this same waitress twice now and due to her we are looking elsewhere for a "go-to" UFC spot.

Really really disappointed in how much it has changed here. We HAD been loyal patrons for...

Booked a 10 person reservation for a birthday to watch the game and eat dinner. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for our food to be delivered.

We felt bad for the servers cause they were so clearly understaffed, the girls were actually running around. We asked a few times when to expect our food and were given pretty vague answers. Our food finally came out and was pretty lack lustre. My friends soup had a hair in it (they brought her a new one but she still had to pay for it). They ended up giving us only 20% off of our food and only because we asked for it.

Just surprising given the nature of the venue and its capacity, you’d think they’d be operationally prepared to support service in a busy game night!

I don’t like giving poor reviews but i work in the service industry as well and was just pretty appalled at how management didn’t do anything to resolve the issues! Pretty shocked they weren’t getting the kitchen to send our comp’d nachos or something to tables that had been waiting 45+ minutes let...

service in this historic place has declined as of late. I remember all the UFC's, game 7's, and outdoor volleyball games, attending steak night functions, spent thousands of dollars here over the years. That atmosphere and service has changed drastically, waitresses not making their rounds, busy talking and texting on her cell phone, had to ask for menus, once food came they got our order wrong, never seen a waitress again, we waited an hour, this wasnt just one of those "its a busy night issues" this was a clear and utter disregard for us as patrons. had to go up to the bar to order our own drinks, they didnt even bring us cutlery or napkins. i guess they expect you to eat with your hands here.

I had the beef dip with a poutine for a side. It was a very interesting flavour for the beef dip. Very delicious. Definitely would come back again for it. The poutine I had was really good. Normally I need to add extra salt to my fries, but didn't have to here. It was seasoned perfectly. The place was pretty busy and the service was very good. The other person I was with got boneless chicken wings with honey dill sauce. I tried a piece and it was amazing. Lots of TV's to see the sports games if you are interested in checking out a game. They also have an arcade and slot machines on site as well. Would come back again!

Great spot for Beach Volleyball! It's been 2 years since we watched our daughter play & I understand the leagues have increased immensely, resulting in more game slots each week & a much longer playing season including some cooler months early in the year. It's great that the participants continue to enjoy it. Love watching when we're in Canada & our only evening this year the weather was perfect 👌
