This is the worst starbucks out there ever since they opened the drive through. I seriously don’t know what the issue is. Starbucks at 25th is pretty much same in terms of being busy and they never do delays. Avoid this Starbucks if you are not doing a drive through. They give priority to mobile and drive through, and if you ordered in store, well good luck getting that drink. They made me wait for half an hour. Prioritized bulk orders over me even when I ordered first. And when I asked her how long it will take since it was already half an hour now, she threw a coffee together, the worst iced shaken espresso I have had, she did not even put the classic syrup, just threw the coffee at me and was like “I am sorry for the delay.” I was still okay coz I was like okay they are busy. But the coffee tasted so bad! Never going to them again unless I do a drive through. There is four of them and they still can’t manage orders, they are unorganized unprofessional bunch.Either they need more trained staff or more people. Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks when I went to pick up my order. The staff wrote my name in black ink on the darkest part of the bag, making it nearly impossible to find. When I couldn't locate my order and politely asked the barista for assistance, I was met with a shockingly rude and condescending attitude. The barista treated me as if I were dumb.
This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening. A simple solution would be to write names on the light brown part of the bag, where they are actually visible. I would expect staff to treat customers with basic courtesy...
