It was my first time coming to this location, Honestly 10/10! We unexpectedly got there at a perfect time before everyone else started coming in haha. The person who seated us Kevin was amazing, He offered to help us through the process and explained how it all works to us so if you’re not sure how it works don’t worry they’re happy to help you through it! He was very patient with us along with the other employees! There was plenty of food items to choose from as well as the broths. I got the Tom yum broth it’s super good if you like a sour not so spicy soup(I cannot handle spice😭), So freaking delicious! My bf got the satay one and it was a little too bland for our taste unfortunately but at least we know for next time (: everything tasted delicious and just being able to just go up and grab whatever makes it comforting and an even better experience. So many options when it came to seafoods and meat, as well as warm already made foods on the side! (Sesame balls were yummy!) I recommend getting the Pork wontons!! They were the best thing EVER, my bf recommends the meatballs that I believe are handmade there! Pear juice was so goood and gladly we got the last one to taste, I can see why it was the last one haha. Spent around 86$ altogether(not including tip) 2 broths, 4 drinks- There was an employee continuously coming out making sure everything was in stock which was really great on their part and our waters would be filled as well, Very nice employees, Very awesome atmosphere, very delicious food, If you decide on checking it out Enjoy!

Great attention to detail went into the design of this restaurant. Smells very good walking in. We decided to try the hot pot combo with 2 different broths. Indian Traditional Curry (bland & flavourless; recommend avoiding—ending up changing for the basic chicken broth that was still meh) and the Thai Tom Yum (superb flavour!). The “fresh” vegetables were far from fresh—appeared unwashed and old (think of limpy greens, unwashed broccoli with dirty/black-spotted ends). We were extremely disappointed… & will stick to the other Hot Pot restaurant at Preston Crossing. Seafood/fish products appeared, and tasted okay (we didn’t get sick the following day) but to be honest, anything boiled long enough should be safe… and we boiled it a long time because of veggie conditions. The deserts (mini donuts) were extremely dry. Tables were more dirty than clean (no excuse as there were only two other tables with customers in the place). As a side note… why would a restaurant use a cheap Dollarama plastic water pitcher AND be too lazy to remove the label?? Price, based off quality of ingredients, and limited variety, was way overpriced (better off sticking to Preston Crossing’s hot pot restaurant). We won’t be returning. Only gave two stars because of the Thai broth flavour and the place’s decor.

Food: Terrible food. During only one meal, I encountered with two stinking crab craws (very stinking, I spit it out immediately). Also the shrimp balls are full of starch but no shrimp, the mushrooms are sticked to each other. The slice meat seems to been refrozen again which is not fresh enough. Service: Bad service. No one brought water or even cups and napkins for us. We have to looking for them by ourselves. Environment: Crowd, noisy, bad table design The space between tables with tables are super small, with a very noisy music, makes it difficult to have a conversation with my companion. And the table are bad designed, my right leg needs to shift during the whole meal, which is super uncomfortable. Price: About $35 per adult. Overall: I would say it seems to be a very cheap designed restaurant with foods not fresh. Will never go and won't recommend to anyone else.

We haven't had hot pot in ages but were excited to try Le Hot Pot while we were in Saskatoon! We noticed the great reviews and were intrigued with the tablet ordering and buffet aspect.

Seating: We had a 4 person small table with individual burners. There are also tables with one large burner for those who wish to share 2 or 3 soups with their date. They were kind enough to not fill the table beside us because we also had a baby with us and space wise it would be tight with the cart. We didn't request this but it was much appreciated, especially since it was a busy time of the day and on a Friday night.

Atmostphere/Service: The atmosphere was great and the ordering details were explained to us from the start. The service was friendly and very efficient. They would refill the broth in our soups without us needing to ask and it looked like there were only two staff on our side.

Buffet: We enjoyed the items at the buffet which included ribs, wings, fruit, dessert, Shanghai noodles, sesame balls and spring rolls. There is also a sauce station with a variety of options, sliced green onions, cilantro etc. Definitely visit this station, I feel we underutilized it.

Tablet ordering: The tablet ordering was so handy and it was nice you can add to your order as needed. They had wonderful options and it was nice to try small portions of items we've never had before. I really loved the deep fried wontons which can be ordered on the tablet.

Pricing We were pleasantly surprised with the price as well. It was such a great dining experience and the price ended up being the same as our brunch earlier that day. Although our breakfast included drinks and we only had water here. Considering the hot pot is all you can eat, it's pretty great!

Thanks again and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in Saskatoon! We loved it!...

Came here for a quick meal yesterday with my 3 friends, and it wasn’t a great experience for us.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the staff, who were very nice and accommodating (one of the upsides of our meal). They showed us everything on the menu, and how to place an order.

We initially asked for 3 different types of broth, and a plate of beef. As we were waiting went over to the buffet. In the buffet, there was a variety of food such as noodles, different types of meat/organs, and vegetables. My biggest problem with the buffet was that it was very badly labeled and unorganized. I mostly had to guess everything I was grabbing. It was also a bit concerning that they had raw meat and organs right beside the vegetables and other food. Quality of the buffet was fine, but definitely not up to standard for what we were charged.

When we got our beef and broth, we threw everything into the hotpot and let it simmer, instructions were a bit unclear but it was pretty straightforward. After finishing off the 5 pieces of beef we were given initially, we ordered some more. Unfortunately, the quality of the new meat was very poor, and left a bad taste in our mouths. We were not able to finish it.

Atmosphere was very nice, I liked the decorations on the roof and walls. Table could’ve been better designed, but it didn’t bother me.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but the staff...
