Subway — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Shortly after placing my order I received a call stating they didn't currently have the ingredient I requested (pineapple). I said "awe that sucks, but that's okay".

We receive the order, all subs (4) weren't even cut, some hardly sauced and the others no sauce. Despite asking for extra.

The bread tasted, well I don't know maybe stale or freezer burnt. Either way it didn't taste well and somehow maybe even undercooked. Just odd in general.

Lastly, none of the subs had cheese and very little meat.

All in all everything was gross. The veggies were soggy, bread uncooked or bad in general, no cheese, almost next to no sauce or meat and as per the picture I included the lettuce is discolored and soggy along with the other vegetables

I usually never make a stink over service unless it's really bad. This was by far the worst in my experience. I want my money back.. I am leaving this review and I will also be calling the store tomorrow when they are open.

Horribly careless and...

This is the worst service I have ever had, and the messiest sub I have ever eaten. Both gentleman working, the manager and employer fought while we were in line while they made our subs. With how to make it and what to do. Extremely unprofessional. And after presenting two gift cards were told they couldn't take the 3rd one because they had already "cashed" out the rest of the order. So we were only allowed to pay with cash. Then didn't have change. Used a dirty knife to cut the subs and rolled it and pressed it while cutting so all the ingredients rolled out of the sub. While eating the sub tasted off and was not like ever other sub we have ever eaten. And had to brush our clothes off 10 times because the bread crumbled and fell apart with every bite. Created a huge mess and we know how to eat a sub. Worst...

The manager and employees at Merlis Belsher Subway are awesome! They provided delicious subs at fencing Provincials in 2023 and fencing Nationals in 2024. The manager was flexible with our order changes and very courteous. A big thank you from Prairie Fencing Club...
