We ordered online and selected the deal for a couple of 4-topping pizzas but when we brought the pizzas home one of them just had two toppings and was missing the double meat. We called Fresh Slice and asked how we could fix this issue. Terry looked at the receipt, said it didn’t say anything about pepperoni on it so it must have been our fault, and that we would need to just order a new pizza. There was no offer to remake the pizza or even split the difference with half off. He could have even offered to reimburse us for the $4 overcharge on just getting two toppings and not the full four, but his only solution was to pay full price for a new pizza. I had a house full of people that wanted to eat a pizza with meat on it, but he said he wouldn’t correct the situation because he would have an inventory issue at the end of the night with crusts unaccounted for. My guests were literally taking the meat off of the pizza on their plate and giving it to the people that were eating the meatless pizza. I tried reaching a manager over Facebook DM and email the week after but no response.

I went to use it today only for the assistant manager in duty to deny the coupon that’s valid until September 1st and tried to offer me a medium pizza instead of the XL pizza that the coupon says. The service was horrible and he fought with me about the whole thing by telling me it can’t be used as the worker who provided me with this coupon no longer works there. The coupon was signed by the employee who worked there at the time with a date it is valid till as well as a stamp to state it can only be used at this location. The assistant manager was very rude and I was not happy that he wouldn’t accommodate with what the coupon said. I would like to discuss with someone about this situation as I’m not impressed...

I was told they were preparing my order, then I received a notification one hour later that they had canceled it. Why accept an order and not decline it at the time it was taken? It wasted my time. I could have gone elsewhere because I'm so famished I feel sick. I heard good things about this franchise, but I guess it's all wrong.
