Pathetic service, intentional disrespect toward customers — management should be ashamed.
Today around 5:30 PM, I visited this Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a plain croissant toasted with butter — something so basic I’ve had at dozens of other Tim Hortons with ZERO issues.
Instead of doing their job, the girl at the drive-thru, Jass, handed me a cold, completely untoasted croissant like it was no big deal. I gave it back politely, expecting basic professionalism. Instead, I got attitude. She claimed, “It will burn if we toast it” — which is absolute nonsense, because I’ve had toasted croissants at Tim Hortons hundreds of times without any problems.
But here’s the real disgrace: Instead of fixing it properly, they deliberately burned the croissant and handed it to me. They burned it on purpose out of pure spite.
This wasn’t an accident. This wasn’t a mistake. This was a childish, malicious move meant to insult a paying customer — because their staff can’t handle being asked to do their job properly.
And honestly, this isn’t the first time this location has shown complete incompetence. A few weeks ago, we came late at night when a guy with a turban was the only one working. When we asked for a London Fog, he said they were “out.” Strangely, when we decided to go back a few minutes later and asked again, he suddenly made it for us. Either lying or just lazy — both are unacceptable.
I didn’t argue today because frankly, this location doesn’t deserve another second of my time — but the owner needs to understand: Your staff is actively sabotaging orders and treating customers with open contempt. They are an embarrassment to your brand, your business, and the basic idea of customer service.
I will be sharing this experience everywhere I can. To anyone thinking of visiting: save yourself the disrespect and take your money elsewhere. If this is the kind of service you accept at your location, you should be ashamed to have your name...

Read moreTim's is a pretty standard experience. This location stands out. Baked goods are usually a safe bet, as is the iced cap. Otherwise food at most tims locations has been declining in quality for several years. Still, its a Canadian staple.
Sherwin made my experience exceptionally Canadian today. I chose to leave a review on this visit, instead of any of my many other visits because he drew out a smile on a dull day. Everyone at this location was efficient and polite at the lunch rush, but I had the pleasure of having Sherwin help me while ordering, and I thought they deserved the recognition. Hats off, Tim's on Circle/ Millar!
P.S. The bagel and iced cap were...
