Urban Spice Restaurant — Restaurant in Saskatoon

They give good service only good people if you are Indian and Gujarati then you will no get good service. I am looking at machine to give good tip then she feel i dont want to give tip and told me its ok skip this she feel i am bagger and i am not able to give tip worst staff worst service. Butter chicken is not like butter chicken not feeling like butter any where. Butter roti also miss butter you cant see butter on roti and she give me excuse roti suck all butter and become dry.

She feel like i go out first time in restaurant first time in my life

This guys reply me I am bagger and told me i am jumping as monkey in her restaurant. Her restaurant is not big like I can jump for one table to other table . She has full attitude and reply me with full attitude but she had nothing to reply me .she has attitude for desi people only if Canadian people go there then she will became bagger for canadian people and say them sir what you want sir which table you want to jump you can do any thing in my restaurant because you are Canadian.

Faltu person working in this restaurant dont go there the are indian Taj hotel Chef so the have full of attitude

Don't go. There were no servers. There were no customers. Restaurant was empty. One man took order, one lady served food(seemed to be owners). Children's noise could be heard from kitchen. (Unsafe). High price. Poor quality. No taste. There was an unlabeled bottle- looked like salt(all restaurants keep salt and pepper). But it turned out to be SUGAR.!! I put it in dosa chutney thinking it is salt. But that lady came and said- it is SUGAR. Always remember that it is sugar. Now I will have to give you another chutney and throw this one away.!! There was a small (almost invisible) bottle. That was salt. I mean how am I supposed to know if you keep unlabelled bottles of white powder.

Butter Dosa, rava masala dosa were totally tasteless, chutney was tasteless (that's why I put salt(SUGAR). manchow soup was horrible. No taste of Indian flavours.

No sense of dressing. Zero presentation skills. It felt like they were at home on a lazy Sunday afternoon. First and LAST time visited this place. Prices are higher than the rest. I thought to explore a new restaurant. Worst decision of the day:( Don't visit. There are better restaurants...

The food here is tasteless and the curry in the buffet doesn’t even have any sort of masala flavour. I felt like boiled meat in some sort of color liquid. This is not gravy , it was a very bad experience going in here. But we ate anyways coz we were hungry . Also the service wasn’t pleasant. Never recommend this restaurant and waste of money 🤮 —————————————————————-

I just saw your reply so I would like to respond to your response by saying how sorry i am ,coming to your place and spending money for the tasteless food you provided . You claim you sell indian food there and none of your food we had there tastes anything near to Indian food.Also we did order a Dosa and sambar from the menu (other than buffet)and please don't even ask me about it , i am originally from south Indian and i am pretty sure that whatever you sell there in the name of sambar, its not it .
