Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Got food here and less than 14 hours later was super sick with food poisoning and ended up in the hospital.I have gotten food here almost everyday for the last two years- I’m a very loyal customer. Contacted the location with my concerns aaa emailed twice and then received a call from a lady named Nish. She told me there is no way I got sick from there because they sold 300 breakfasts and I was the only complaint despite my complaint being about a wrap purchased at 1913 pm. Instead of apologizing about the incident she went on to dismiss my illness and downplay my experience. I found her to be quite rude, despite explaining I hadn’t eaten anything for houses as I had slept after my night shift and hadnt eaten since my previous night shift at 2000. Meaning no food was consumed other than my wrap from Tim Hortons for almost 24 hour with my shift work and sleep sched. Very negative...

Absolutely brutal. I'm staying in the hospital and havnt been able to eat or keep food down for days. Now today I can finally eat so I decided to go down at 945pm to grab a sandwich or somthing as I knew I'd be awake at night with body aches and whatever else. Jusy to get there and there menu is shut off....so I have no idea what I can get or the cost. And they say it's because its almost closing time.....they close at 1030. So I come back up to my room and try to call them and Absolutely no answer. I let it ring for minutes. When there was people there forsure. Absolutely terrible. I thought I could get a soup and sandwich or somthing but now its a small bag of chips and a bottle of pop from a vending machine for 7.50......thanks amazing first meal...

By law, Tim Hortons staff must do all measures to avoid cross contamination to prevent allergic reaction to food ingredients. And this is also important to serve vegetarian customers. Even cutting boards and knives are not cleaned between meals, or else keep a separate one for vegetarians.

They screwed up (mixing meat with veggies which is against guidelines) again, I paid but didn’t get food because of the cross contamination.

They even serve you old food that has become so crisp eg potato wedges
