The Drive through staff are rude cold and the level of communication skills are very limited. They pretty much just throw you your order giving 0 care as to not spill your hot beverage or they pass it to you roughly just wanting you to go away. I have been going to this location for a few years now. I’m at the point of not going to this location anymore because I always leave with feeling angry about something. There are other efficient and polite locations I can go to near by or McDonalds across the street. It’s unfortunate I don’t want go here anymore as this is the one near my home. I seriously have not have had a decent experience here that I can remember. Pre COVID I used to go here to meet friends for a coffee on a regular basis. The people at the till also work at the drive through window and they often just ignore the dine in customers for long periods. Then when they do serve you it’s like they are greatly inconvenient by your presence.....
Two weeks later I made the mistake of going there for another coffee. The lid wasn’t on right and spilled hot black coffee down my hand and wrist. The employee seemed irritated that I would yell in pain because she just burnt my hand. No apology or even a care that it even happened. I didn’t go in to complain because I would end up being hauled out of there by the police I was so angry. STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL AND DANGEROUS PLACE TO PATRONIZE. I actually am considering making some sort of public boycott of this place. Corporate needs to get this place...
Read moreTim Hortons food is delicious no complaints about that. This is our go to Tim's since we leave at Stonebridge, I had experience so many times my order is incorrect, messy each time we ordered on DT, we never complained we just changed our ordering style, we go inside to place our order and double check before we left. So today we went there for lunch...my daughter knows what she wants and I'm still looking and not decided which one to choose to many good and delicious options.. at first I told the cashier I want the chicken habanero wrapped..then suddenly the sandwich I like pop up on the menu board so I told the cashier I will change my order and she replied "NO YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ORDER" like WHAT??? she told that my order is being made, okay I'm still looking on the menu board.. I was so furious 😠 even my daughter.. maybe she saw my reaction then suddenly allow us to change my order.. Guest should have an option to choose and make some changes on the order. I'm aware of your target and goals in regards service time, maybe food waste that you need to control. But saying "NO YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ORDER " I find that "RUDE" for the guest. I also request for my receipt and the cashier never give to me. Ask your guest if they want the receipt.. I do collect my receipts. And please if order is more than one can you just put it in one big bag all together. Guest also come back not only for food but also for friendly service which...
Read moreMost 9f 5he staff is pleasant and very hardworking . However their Managers leave a lot to be desired As does the gal putting up the hot orders . Today I got my soup of harvest vegetable . Again there were hardly any veggies in it . I took it back to the counter and explained that there were not any and not even one potato . I asked , very nicely if they could give the soup a good stirring please. The young male manager went over and came back with a bowl with one bean , one potato and a pea with and inch or 2 of broth . He them proceeded to slam it down in front of me ! I stood there looking ing at him , finally looked at some of the 9th er staff as I said " Seriously " ! I just shook my head threw what was in the bowl into my soup bowl and took it back to my table . I know I should have left or told how rude he was being but he is the one gathering bad Ka4ma and I am the one that will go to a Tim's at Moss Ave instead of Cumberland . The Phillipine Manager and the Native sandwich maker both need a refresher in customer service ! No customers =no jobs...
