It's a Tim Hortons what else is there to say really? I guess if your new to Canada and on that slim chance then this was one of Canada's most popular and favorable coffee shops up until the brand was sold and lost most of its quality and authenticity. They are still operating in most cities around the country although the brand is not what it used to be. Products are no longer baked in house, the coffee deal they had for decades before the brand was sold was lost and now McDonalds has the actual coffee they used to have and was cherished by the entire country 😳 basically its a cheap watered down version of what it used to be, and that's my short review/history of Tim Hortons. (Update this location has gone so down hill they can't even get orders correct, I was missing multiple food items after a 15 to 20 minute wait in the drive through. Unfortunately only 1 item was replaced because I didn't notice the other item was missing till I got home. This is completely unacceptable 😤 I feel robbed... cause I'm not going to get that item and I paid for it... and Tim Hortons certainly is not going to reimburse me the money...
Read moreI order for my construction crew every day, for a group of 5 guys sometimes more. Three times I went there and ordered snack wraps with no sauce or more specific no ranch. Due to allergys. Three times I told the cashier and then asked the person who made it if there was no sauce. Cashier was always good about it, but when asking cook I was met with smirky attitudes but they both always said there would be no sauce . Trusting that they did their jobs right I left without checking only to see they did in fact put sauce in them. I leave this here now hoping that for future customers who enjoy your wraps or sandwiches but with no sauce can get exactly what they want and not get screwed over and have to skip eating lunch because the person who made their lunch messed up. To avoid this future problem I will no longer be going to this Tim's or probably any other when doing the orders...

I noticed that I had left a 5 star rating here 6 years ago. Time for a quick update.
It's hit and miss on service and quality.
There are quite a few pleasant employees.
On the flip side, I ordered my usual coffee tonight. Extra large darkroast coffee, black. The worker had difficulty understanding and I repeated my order slowly and clearly.
I paid cash and wasn't even offered my change back. It was only 15 cents, but it's the principle of it. Then, when I had my first sip of coffee, I noticed that it had cream AND sugar in it!
I usually order ahead on the app, so my order is almost always correct.
But I think that understanding the official language of the country enough to get a simple coffee order correct should be a bare minimum of your hires.
