Was there last night and ordered a combo around closing. I got the bag and something was missing i said it was my cinnamon buns and then I realized they package their cinnamon buns in the same thing as their fries so upon first glance I asked where my cinnamon buns were and he said they were in the bag. I looked but sure enough something still seemed off. I got home and had no fries. After asking for ketchup for them you would think they would be in the bag. I go to this location often and they are usually wonderful the lady taking my order was great but the guy who handed it to me literally didn't even look at me the entire time he was either looking straight ahead or looking back into the store so I don't know what was distracting him fries for $5! That is insane, I could have gone to McDonald's down the road but Wendy's product and services are usually superior. Given the choice wendys has always been my go to. However if this becomes a trend you will lose a regular customer. So i implore your employers to please pay attention and do their job. Now you are closed,I won't get my fries and it would cost me more than five bucks in gas to go back and deal with this. This is becoming a trend with fast food and it is beyond disappointing! well at least they gave me all the ketchup!? I am not normally any kind of Karen but why do I hand out more and more money money to fast food places for less and less quality food and services. Minimum wage does NOT mean Minimum work. There are tons of people who need jobs however with the new regulations of needing a college degree to work at fast food places it's becoming more difficult for people who do not have continued secondary education to get any experience in the work world and therefore to get entry level jobs. If i was able bodied I would love to flip burgers if it meant I could make my own living. Have respect for your employment because you could always get in a car accident on the way home from work and BOOM there goes that ability to work for income. Anyways. I really just...
Read moreI love Wendy's. It's my #1 fast food spot. But this location somewhat made me like it a bit less. The food was decent. You can tell not much effort was put into it. But the main thing was the service.
Going in the drive through with the app and a code for a discount, I show it to them and clearly the guys doesn't know how to put it in, which is fine, we are all learning. But then another employee (who seems to be senior) steps in and simply just disregards the discount and makes me pay the full amount. I notice this after I left as I was looking at the receipt.
I went to Wendy's and made my order with the full intent of using my discount. There was no communication from them about trying to scan the code again, or if the coupon was invalid. She simply told the employee to press continue and make me pay the full amount. That's not how it should be done.
This isn't the first time this occurs. The staff simply prefer not to deal with situations like this nor put in the extra work. And that's the reason for the...

We were greeted by him with a Big smile! That is huge to us! We understand how hard it is sometimes to work in food service, I spent 25 plus years in it! He was very personable and took great care of us! When we thanked him for taking care of us and asked for his name and if there was a survey we could fill out to give him the credit he deserved. His response was that was not necessary, that me just coming back in to say thank you ment more to him then anything. As well he gave credit to the rest of his team! Wow! Such an impressive young man! While we were there we could hear them working together and having fun! That's what we like to see and hear when we are in any restaurants or stores.
