Absolutely disgusted 🤢 Had lunch here today and while hubby was ordering I could smell a very strong sewer gas smell, I was gagging in my mask! I went and sat down and asked hubby if he smelt it too. He did and said it was really bad at the till. We looked back and we see right by the till and pop cooler, an open sewer drain! Just had the top cover on but no inside drain valve to stop the sewer gases from coming up. We had already ordered and paid for the food so we took it to go. I ordered a half butter chicken but the cook was really skimpy on the portions compared to other wok boxes. (he also didn't wear gloves or hair net) Hubby had ginger beef and switched the veggies for broccoli which costed an extra $3.99 on top of the already high priced meals. Was a little confused why switching veggies out would be an extra cost? Our total for a regular and half rice box with a drink was $39. So after we leave we choked down our food, washed the smell out of our masks and won't be stopping at the 51st wok...

First off the staff member was friendly and explained a few of the dishes I was interested in, very polite and helpful. However why are you not putting on gloves to prepare one’s food, two staff members getting the food ready and neither washed their hands or put on gloves. I ordered teriyaki chicken ( a sumo) and pot stickers. 5 or 6 little pieces of chicken, skimped on the veggies and that’s the worst teriyaki flavouring I’ve ever had. $7.00 for overcooked hard pot stickers, I was the only customer in the store, how do you overcook the food 🤷‍♂️ you weren’t rushed.Definitely won’t be going back, $27.00 meal for overcooked pot stickers and...

Went here to have lunch for my wife’s birthday. We found something (small metal object like a shaving) in her food we just started eating, so we notified the cook about it. Just in case something fell off a cooking utensil. He immediately apologized and offered to make a brand new meal for my wife. We told him that we just wanted him to know so he could check his cooking utensils. He apologized again offered to make another meal for us. The. He gave us 3 coupons for our next visits.
