Every time I come to Saskatoon from Vancouver, this is the one places I REALLY look forward to eating at. Today was a different experience… I ordered my usual pork Sui Mai and chicken fried rice. The pork Sui Mai tasted great and flavourful as usual but, instead of chicken fried rice with extra veggies, I believe I was given the house fried rice. First bite I took had ZERO flavour. There was no chicken in the dish only pork and shrimp which is what leads me to believe I was given the house fried rice. The shrimp didn’t taste like shrimp and the pork was also flavourless, the rice had no seasoning in it at all and was dry and hard. I brought the rice back and explained to who I believe is the owner, that there is no flavour in the rice. Instead of offering to correct the issue he argued that they don’t put sauce in their rice and offered soya sauce. I told him that I don’t put sauce in my rice either but I will take the soya sauce to add to the dish in hopes to give it some flavour. He didn’t seem very friendly to speak to so I just left it at that. The right thing to do would have been to offer to fix it and make me a new dish from the very beginning instead of arguing. I feel that this restaurant is lacking in customer service and quality of their product. I have eaten your fried rice before and it was amazing. If your food has no flavour all of this sudden, doesn’t that tell you that perhaps your chef may have forgotten to add a little seasoning? It’s ok to make human error sometimes. That said, I didn’t even complain about getting the wrong dish.

This was my first time experiencing dim sum. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a little lacking, but the food was good and the service was quick. The food and drink are ordered through an online service, so use of your phone camera and a QR code is required at the table; I'm not sure if there is an alternative method. Sometimes the food is brought by servers, and other times by a serving robot - very fun! The pricing seems reasonable. For the dim sum menu items, you pay per order (i.e. $X for an order of steamed pork buns) and can order as much as you like. You table's total is kept on a tab until the end of the meal. The rest of the menu operates much the same, but includes larger dishes as opposed to individual/shareable items. Tables seat up to eight in a circle. Everything is set on a spinning centrepiece so you can dish and then rotate the centre to access another item (instead of passing the dishes around). Would definitely recommend the experience for groups.

Terrible service here. 1.First, the boss push us leave because he thinks we don’t order enough food here. We ordered over $40 first and then ordered over $60. After two round order,we still want to order more, but the boss thinks we are too poor to get the dinner here and push us to leave…2. Second, The boss showed his disrespectful to us and treated us like a loser which made this experience so terrible. We just ask for how long we wait for the food. It’s ok if he say please wait, but he just said he didn’t invite us here and pushed us out. After his rude attitude, we got angry. 3. I like saskatoon people here because almost all the people I meet here are so nice, but the boss of this restaurant is the only horrible person in Saskatoon. I hope all people won’t get treated like us from this kind of person.

Called ahead to order as I was on the road and decided to grab take out. Order taker fella bluntly said he was were busy and I should go online to place the order but eventually grudgingly took the order. Showed up to pickup the order. Handed the order with not a word of greeting. I observed that the restaurant was minimally busy as it was around 4pm. Asked if the sweet soy soy I requested was included and immediately given an attitude that this sweet soy sauce is not included with this dish though I've requested this on previous orders and gotten it. Offered to pay for the sauce, he took the payment for it and this dude still went on ranting about how it is not included and ADDED again that next time it would be better for me to order online.

I regret that I'm a nuisance to your business for "calling in" my order As customer who typically always order from your website directly to save you the 30% commission on on Door Dash, I feel very rewarded for being charged extra $ for some extra soy sauce on a almost 50.00 order. Seems like your restaurant has become popular and lucrative enough to treat people poorly and reject business that just doesn't fit your into your flow at any given time. If the order taker can barely speak English or has problems understanding English. Then the English speaking customer is therefore complicated and should just go online to order to avoid stressing out the order taker. Good food + nice new restaurant + poor service attitudes = failed...

great food 😋WORST SERVICE 😤 the service here in this restaurant was really awful. they have here the best rude servers in the city. 👏👏👏 last night its not a busy crowd in the restaurant. when were already seated on our table. my son was really hungry that time and he started to reaching out all the things in the table. suddenly he got the piece of paper (underliners) and he started to ripped it off and threw it in the floor. my wife picked it up some piece of paper on the floor but my son keeps doing it. and then the server came by in our table and told us to pick it up the paper on the floor. what??? honestly its our first time to encountered this kind of server in the restaurant.eventhough its our fault coz our son did those things but still we are your customers right? its not appropriate to tell us to clean up the floor because its a part of your job. but the thing was he told us that is not his job to clean the floor. he was there just to serve the food WOW and then later on i saw him sweeping the floor around the dinning area. and when he was approaching on our table he really ignored the piece of papers on the floor in our table thats why i go with him and borrowed the broom and dust pan to clean up those papers on the floor. but as a customer you want us to do those things in your restaurant. is this the kind of service that youll be proud of???? definitely youll get a 5 star on me for worst service ever in...
