I don't I've got a line on the side of the house. Cher don't go here anymore but I hear she got kicked out of a party. Well it's a win for Cher if you ask me. Probably. Unfortunately I now have nothing nice to say regarding this company. My niece a young teenager was trying to comply and use the advise of the health teams by staying home. She offered warning of she was intending to stay home as advised and gave ample notice in the sense it was not minutes or even hours before a scheduled shift. She was met with a response along the lines of they did not care. When reminded of the advisory and also the labor laws and rules set in place during COVID they simply replied She would be terminated and considered a no show.

This is super disappointing and unprofessional. When a child expresses not only fear for their health but also states they are giving ample notice to follow guidelines and are met with a threat of wrongful termination. It may not be all locations and perhaps the words of one specific manager, regardless it was handled terribly.

I leave this review in hopes someone who can do something or relay it to higher management can see the bullying that's being applied to the youth who work there and the blatant disregarded for the modified laws in place during...

Haven't had Swiss Chalet since summer 2019. It was always a family favourite. Had occasion to pick up take out on Saturday for 2. I was sooo disappointed with their quarter chicken dinner (dark meat.) I'm sure if I would have weighed the deboned chicken there was barely 4oz of meat. There was a ton of fries, a small roll and their dipping sauce. This leg had to come from a bird that was barely 2lbs before cooking. We used to always laugh at how quickly we would devour the delicious crispy skin first before dunking that first bite of meat in the dipping sauce. This time we found the skin to be quite bland...like someone forgot to add salt to the birds/basting sauce?! Needless to say we certainly didn't feel we got value for the approx $13 we spent on each meal. We were hungry a couple of hours later. No more Swiss Chalet for us...but the various Harvey's hamburgers combos...we love those and we felt full after eating those and also felt we got value for the...
