First and LAST time here. Service at the takeout entrance was prompt, and professional, but that’s the only good thing I can say.

I ordered 2x halibut and chip meals @ roughly $22 each. I received my takeout order in a brown paper bag, stapled and all ready to go in about 15 minutes.

I got home, very excited, and very hungry.. I opened the bag, and was instantly in disbelief because I “thought” they had shorted me an entire halibut and chip meal.

The two pieces of fish were small in size, and the entire container was mainly filled with fries. Not wanting to drive back, I called to let them know, I’ll be back when I can, to get the other meal I had paid for. During the phone conversation, we went over what I ordered, and what I had received. To my complete surprise, what I had received, was in fact the 2x halibut meals.

$50 for a couple small pieces of fish, a handful and a half of fries, and dinky little tarter sauce containers that a baby spoon wouldn’t even fit into.

Now that I’m over the disappointment, and finished making another meal for my wife and I, all we can do is laugh.. Lord Elgin...

I took my mom for her birthday dinner because it used to be one of her favorites in town.

The staff was rude, your prices are kind pretty high considering the small portions.

I got a hamburger and sent it back twice because it was just so inedible. The first time I sent it back it was because I couldn't eat it without getting the toppings all over myself. As soon as I went to eat it it just went everywhere

The second time was the same and the waitress rolled her eyes at me. I even mentioned the hamburger looked undercook and there was no apology

The same waitress side when taking our order, I had to go make sure that she had asked the kitchen to make me another hamburger because she didn't come and update me
