Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Saugeen Shores

What a miserable employee you have. We just went in and ordered for 7. We mentioned the road sign said get free cans of "poop" instead of pop. And her response was it wasn't like that before someone must be screwing around. Anyway. The older lady that took our order was rude constantly saying "WHAT" with an ignorant look on her face while we were ordering. We asked if we could have plates etc because we were staying in a hotel for the weekend. She gave us plates and no cutlery and no napkins. I asked if she gave us any ketchup for our fries. She didn't answer, turned around and grabbed 6 packets and literally threw them in the bag. On the plus side for the business. She followed us out to confirm the sign said what we said it did. I am not sure if it was corrected. Hopefully it was. The Chicken was Great!!! But the fries were horribly cold. And did taste like they were a few hours old. My kids didn't even eat them. And that says alot since I have never met a kid that doesn't like fries. We probably could have masked the taste of them if we were given enough ketchup for the 7 people we told the lady we were feeding. But what do I know. Hopefull this...

Regular Mary Brown's customer. We Love the food. Tried to order on the app today, told store was offline. So decided to lose my points and go onto the store to order. Walked into the store and is was not very clean. I was surprised! Then I see that there are only 2 people working, the cook and our usual friendly front counter man. It was busy. Still got treated great and our food was delicious as always. The management should be ashamed to work people to death and not care about the condition of their eat in area. I sure hope Mary Brown's Corporate people inspect this store and let the chain owners that they are not working up to their standards. Need more employees to run a respectable Mary Brown's. Mixed feelings. Second time at this location, first time was on a Monday and the prices was right and the food good. Second time I had just downloaded the app and decided to try their secret menu poutine with pickles and chicken and tater tots. Unfortunately it had only three tiny chicken bites in it, and 3 pickles, and disappointingly wedges instead of tots. So being as it cost twice as much as a normal poutine, I really expected it to have a lot of chicken and to be a meal. It was not. I'll never again shop here on a day other than Monday. Prices are too high, and quantities too low to bother with anything other than Monday chicken sandwiches.

Also the drive-thru was empty, and it took probably 3 or 4 minutes for anyone to say anything as I arrived to pickup my order.
