Wendy's — Restaurant in Saugeen Shores

Thé food was grosss we were in today to get a taco salad Thé lettuce was brown and. Tomatoes looked old and had a white ish color to them Thé new taki chicken burger was to come with takin fries and the fried S had no flavor of them Thé powder they put in there was very little and all bounced into a ball. Not even on the fries The pic shows the powder on them on the store photo but when ya actually get them this is what happens they aren’t even coated. And taste nothing like Takis at all Thé pic below shoes where all the powder went It all coated into a ball they are definetly not worth the price we usually go to a Wendy’s whenever we are in a town that has it but port Elgin was the only place that has one close to kincardine. So we chose that one today and was very disappointing could have gotten better quality of food at Boston pizza for the same price we spent fifty some dollar. To get crap food and the staff just kept starring at us Thé entire time makin us feel very uncomfortable. We his is by far the worst experi nice we have ever had at any Wendy’s I didn’t even feel well after eating the salad and had to make myself like as I was sick to my stomach after eating it. Will not be going back and I will be calling coroperate office Thé high chairs were nasty and sticky and clearly not been cleaned...

Just left your store and ordered 2 Dave's singles. (Just the sandwiches) We received them quickly, but it was clear that it was very old meat. Having run the grill at Wendys in Goderich; I KNOW these products. The product was almost black and dry.

I immediately went in and demanded fresh patties. Nearly all of the staff looked at me confused, as this now the NEW normal at this franchise.

We used to have a little wait, but ALWAYS received a fresh and quality product. This was the 3rd time in 1 year that this franchise has failed.

Do better! You have LOTS of online training and mentors within your store to NEVER serve a product like this. Also I was informed that your store just had a price increase yesterday; so you 100% should have ensured your product was prepared correctly.

Laziness doesn't count! Lots of managers and shift supervisors on shift when I was there, so no excuse for product fit for the garbage to EVER be served to a customer. I know this line and the products very well. Your patty looks like the old meat thrown into the warmers for chili!

The food at Wendy's is usually very consistent, but not this time and not at this location....

Went through the drive thru later in the night and it must have been toward the end of the shift, as the food provided appeared to be whatever food was left over and they were using up what they had, rather than cooking something fresh....

First thing noticed was the lack of amount of fries. Both order of fries were presented with the container being only half full.... Guess they were not expecting anyone to order 2 large fries... Appeared as they used whatever was there and put them back in the fryer to try and make enough for the order as the fries were both cooked and overcooked and seriously over salted.... What you thought the customer wouldn't notice????

Then the burgers.... Seemed to be overcooked as though it had been on the grill for a long time. They were dry and not hot... This was not up to the standard of wendys. Definitely was not fresh, hot or juicy.

Summation, if it is after 9pm on a Saturday night, don't bother ordering anything. You will be sadly...
