Today, I walk in and order a "Ice Coffee". When I got my coffee, it had maybe 4 small ice flakes that melted almost instantly. The coffee was filled to 3/4 of the cup. It tasted...thick, almost room temperature and just...not like coffee. I've over looked multiple mistakes in the past with my experiences here and different locations but enough is enough.

You know, I've been buying coffee at Tim Hortons for over 20 years. And, I'd say the past 5 years there has been a extreme decline in the quality of products being sold in the Tim Horton's franchises.

Each restaurant is a mess and nobody wants to take accountability. I'm fed up with the mistakes in my orders, it's a waste of money at this point. I feel like I'm gambling my chances everytime I go to one of their locations. The order is almost always wrong now. So, with that being said. You lost a customer for life Tim Hortons. It won't be long till people start doing the same, but people need to speak up.

The past couple weeks, the quality of this Tim’s has dwindled even worse than it was before. It’s in a convenient spot while I drive into work, but that is honestly the only redeeming quality. My times going through Drive Thru are always rushed, they are always short and rude with no manners. Going in is even worse. They get so impatient and snappy, especially when an elder or less fortunate person comes in. When I’d bring my elder mother in on the weekends, we had a better experience because of the young girl who regularly served us, but I haven’t seen her in a few weekends and it’s making our weekend endeavour less enjoyable. I sure hope they didn’t fire their only welcoming staff member, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they want to keep the environment fast and RUDE. The food is always soggy, the eggs are NOT good, they taste old, the coffee seems to be old too. Management needs to do a better job hiring their employees and keeping...

Poor customer service! Had to wait 15 minutes outside for an order of only 2 chicken wraps. This is ridiculous! Didn't even receive an apology or compensation for the delay and order was incorrect. Would not recommend this location if you're in a rush. Drive thru is always hit and miss at this Tim's location. Update - this is the last time I will ever go to this location. They severely screwed up my order again! I simply ordered a steeped tea with two sugar. They put cream in it, which my wife is allergic too. Could've had a severe reaction!!! When I drove all the way back to get a replacement, I was shocked with the reaction by manager on site. Not only did she not apologize or offer compensation, she tried to blame me for their error.
