McDonald's — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

The food is fairly good, for being fast food. If you enjoy your food a certain way and are paying with debit/credit card, you should use the digital ordering board. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they seem to be more helpful to customers with children. They offer online pre-ordering service which includes parking lot or table service, using the McDonald's app on your smartphone or android device. I would like to congratulate this Mcdonalds on a level of incompetence I've never seen from a fast food restaurant before.

It attached a picture of the receipt which is accurate and EXACTLY what we ordered.

What we acutally got was:

Two muffins A bacon Mcgriddle A bacon Mcmuffin

So 3 of the items we ordered were incorrect, not to mention it took 45 minutes to get here. The driver was there waiting at least 30 of those minutes.

Food can be decent. Too many foreign employees that don't have a grasp on the English language. I always have to order from the kiosk or my order is wrong every single time. Canadian employees should be able to carry a conversation with something and be able to understand what is being said. Sadly, that isn't the case at this location. McDonald's seems to really like hiring illegals while our own citizens are struggling...
