I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osmow's Shawarma, and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds! From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly grilled meats and spices filled the air, instantly whetting my appetite for an authentic Mediterranean feast.
The service at Osmow's was exceptional. The staff greeted me warmly, and their knowledge of the menu helped me navigate through the diverse selection of options. They were patient and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food—it was outstanding! I opted for the classic Falafal wrap, and I was blown away by the tender, succulent falafal, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The wrap was generously filled with fresh vegetables, crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a dollop of their delectable garlic sauce, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that danced in my mouth with every bite.

Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, Osmow's caters to all palates with a wide range of options, ensuring everyone can find something to enjoy.
One aspect that stood out for me was the generous portion sizes. I left Osmow's feeling completely satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The portions are ample and filling, making it a great spot for a quick and fulfilling meal.
Osmow's Shawarma is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. The cozy and inviting ambiance, the friendly and attentive staff, and, most importantly, the incredibly delicious food all contribute to a memorable dining outing.

Read moreI'll edit/update my review to give you some more context: the food was absolutely fine I have no problem with what I ordered taste wise. Two places where it fell apart were the speed of service and the price. I think the prices for protons are a little off. Now if they are set by corporate or something there might not be much you can do but I don't see myself going here in any regular basis specifically at these prices. Secondly was the speed of service. This took a very long time from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I don't think the problem is with the order taking but with what happens from there to the time the customer gets the food. Also the layout of the store is not conducive to customers flowing in and out. Customers eating in felt uncomfortable because they were crowded against a bunch of people who were waiting to get their food because there was no place for them to wait in the order that their order was taken so it was just people standing anywhere they could get a spot. Add the door dash people on top of that jumping in line and the whole place devolved into chaos. A lot of this could be mitigated if the orders were filled in a faster timeframe to clear out...
Read moreGood food, consistent with the franchise but really stingy on the quantity. I visited them a few months ago during their first few days of opening and ordered a large shawarma on the rocks. As someone who swears by Lazeez and Osmows and having been to Osmows in Thunder Bay, Sudbury and GTA, I found their chicken quantity to be very less. It felt more like Rocks(rice) with a side of chicken. When I asked the staff member(guy with glasses who still works there), I was told this is the standard quantity - 1 scoop for 1 LARGE chicken on the rocks. Also submitted a review on the Osmows website but no one got back to me.
I was there recently getting a gift card, and noticed that they seem to have improved their quantities now. Maybe I’ll give them a try one of these days. Being a business traveler, we don’t really mind paying extra for stuff but it ruins the experience if you’re having to ask for extra stuff twice and the box...
