I was really disappointed in this place yesterday. We (my husband and I) have always had a great experience here. Good beer, good wings and good service. But last night was brutal.
We came in when it wasn’t super busy, sat down and ordered our drinks. Mine was not made correctly but I didn’t want to mention it because the girl was young and sometimes Cesar’s are hit and miss. No biggie.
BUT THE BIG DEAL was that we ordered a starter and our two meals. The two meals came and my husband had mentioned that we never got our started and the girl kinda looked at us and said I saw it come out. We said we never received it. I was then told the order didn’t get put through properly to the kitchen and they never received it. I said okay no worries then. At this point we had our meals but we were NEVER brought cutlery, napkins, we were never checked on and anytime we tried to get her attention it was totally missed. We watched her just stand at the end of the bar blankly and my husband even tried waving her down and she just missed the ball completely. Even when we finished our meals the best we could without utensils, she came over and didn’t even notice or say anything.

Read moreIt is on Saturday, as busy to every other restaurant we understand. However, I didn’t expect to have to wait almost an hour for food to be served. If waiting time could be informed a head of time before being seated, i would have chosen for other restaurants, even fast food Wendy is even better than this. Long waiting time really ruined my date. Was informed they have only 2 kitchen staffs (one of them is the owner) to cook for all almost full house customers :( Servers are attentive and apologetic at the same time, however that couldn’t speed up the waiting time. Management should look into this, hire and train new kitchen staffs. Otherwise, limit the customer number and inform the waiting time before bringing customers to the table. In this case, restaurant can keep their quality of service and food and limited number of customers are happy too. Covid hits us differently. Not meant to post a rude or irresponsible comment, I’m just frustrated about my order. I sincerely hope that things will get better to everyone, and wish more kitchen staffs to go back to work soon. Read moreWent to pick up my takeout and my food has been given to another person. I know mistakes happen, and this is NOT the reason why I'm leaving this review. Poor customer service because: They immediately charged me even though there was no food for pick up, they gave me ZERO discount, and the machine had no option to give anything less than 15% tip. They tell me it's going to take 5 min, which was a lie because it took 15min, so instead of being honest and letting me plan my time and potentially come back later, I have to be sitting there waiting. Coincidentally, there was soccer game happening and the atmosphere sucked with drunk dudes making comments and trying to be "friendly".
The food is good, but the way the reacted to a mistake they made literally tells you they don't care about their customers. They will charge you first thing, give you no discounts, and keep lying about time to keep you there. I almost left and asked for a refund, but didn't want to create distress for others waiting on the food as well.
It doesn't matter if they are friendly and talk to you, the actions speak more than words...
