I’m highly disappointed with this location. Unless coming at night was a complete mistake …..

It was almost like they were ready to close an hour prior- i WORKED at a burrito store and I didn’t prep this heavily……There was no rice, beans, noodles, or chips out. (which i don’t like because I want to SEE whats going on my burrito) - and I wasn’t even offered noodles - asked for chips and wasn’t given…

SECONDLY, on top of the nachos being so nasty! Don’t understand why this is on the menu .. AVOID… they made me purchase the item when they knew they were OUT of cheese sauce. Then put so much chilly lime. ew ew ew. The nachos were completely inedible. Waste of money.

THIRD… no flavour anywhere. not even in the meat! .. and where was the meat? I got beef and chicken and really couldn’t taste either. I am never coming back to fat bastards. Your burrito are smaller and more expensive then you competitors …

Bar Burrito is so much better. Try them out just up the road; cheaper , bigger, more flavour,...

Went in there and ordered a "Huge" Burrito to witness the massive size of them. After going earlier in the month and getting a "Lil" size I watched some absolute unit order a "Huge"... it looked like a small baby. So I decided to tackle the mountain that should have been the "Huge" size. My friend who I went in with got a "Large" burrito at the time and myself a "Huge" when we both were handed our burritos we were confused on who ordered what, they were both the same size and not much larger than the "Lil" size I ordered before! The owner was the one who made my burrito, seems like he put minimal toppings on it to save money, therefore, reducing the size of my burrito. Not very happy, not going there again. Our family use to go to this location once every month or so, it used to be delicious. What's happened? We ordered here the other night. The look of the beans container should've been my red flag ( dried and crusted top and sides)but my family was expecting burritos. Wow. It was disgusting. My quesadilla was soggy and not grilled. The chicken didn't taste like the regular baked chicken but spiced and salted with weird spices. The cheese is not real cheese, but some weird imitation cheese that's turns into cheese whiz.
