Charming little gelato/ ice cream/sorbet shop in Port Perry. The customer service is awesome, prices are very reasonable, and servings are exceedingly generous! They have something that the entire family will love, including lactose-free options and a variety of cones.

You can taste the ingredients of the ice cream- not just milk or sugar or "something like it". Totally gourmet scoup. There is only one other place that I've tasted ice cream this good, one small store in the Caribbean ( Trinidad and Tobago - J&J's- now closed). My son had vanilla, I had pumpkin brownie and my husband had a sorbet- everyone absolutely delighted! 10/10

I was served by Talia and she accommodated us fairly well. We went all the way from whitby and it was so far the best gelato I have had. It was exactly like the ones you get in Europe with big servings. She was super kind to let us try the flavors before we could choose. I got salted caramel and cappuccino and I highly recommend it. If you are a fruit lover, the strawberry was fresh. Hazelnut, vanilla and cheesecake tasted like well-balanced and well-blended gelato and I loved them all with freshly made waffle cones. If you are looking for a small business doing gelato without using factory machines or anything. This is your place and you will love it. We walked past The Perfect Scoop and noticed that lots of people were going in to get ice cream, so we were drawn in and decided to give it a try!

As soon as we walked in, the two staff members greeted us with big smiles. They were super friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic. They even invited us to try different flavours before choosing — we could sample as many as we liked!

We ended up getting a caramel-flavoured gelato. You could really taste that it was handmade! The flavour was great, though we felt the texture could be a bit smoother to make it perfect. The cone was very crispy, though we’re not sure if it was homemade.
