Restaurant Taj Mahal Cuisine Fine — Restaurant in Shawinigan

My Sibling and I was Searching Google Review for the spicy food in ( Shawinigan, Quebec ) found a good Indian spicy Cuisine Restaurant Firstly, we never experienced the 'sour' service as outlined in some review comments. In every aspect the staff were obliging, courteous and efficient. Additionally, the decor was Warm welcoming, Smelled good and neatly organised Seating's. Food began with the Starters like Mutton Soup, Samosa & Butter Paneer slices presented along with salads, presentation was nice and Starters were good & Cheerfully hoofed down by me and my sibling, Mains was a very 'poultry' affair for our dishes with Basmati rice we had chicken korma, chicken Legs and their special dish Chicken Balls with gravy, added to this was Palak paneer with Naan Roti stuffed with cheese, we ate much more than normally expected from them, Finally we ended with soft, hot and Juicy Gulab Jamun Desert, must say dishes as well as Interior Decors here gave me Refreshing feel as if i was dining in India, Drinks from juices for the kids and lassi along with soft drinks for the adults was provided. To sum up i feel Great taste & worth the Money, Wouldn't hesitate going back there again, and in fact looking forward to the next...

Nous sommes relativement des habitués de cet endroit, car c'est un des meilleurs restaurants à Shawinigan. Normalement, nous aurions laissé une évaluation de 5 étoiles de cet endroit, car le service est habituellement impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et l'histoire derrière la création du restaurant et le background des propriétaires fascinants.

Toutefois, l'histoire était différente hier alors que le service a été plus qu'ordinnaire, anormalement lent (35 minutes pour recevoir les menus) et il manquait tellement d'items au menu que cela rendait la sélection d'un repas très difficile (pas de salade, pas de soupe, pas de lassi et plusieurs pains naan manquants).

La nourriture était toutefois toujours aussi bonne, mais la lenteur du service, la piètre qualité de celui-ci ainsi que les nombreuses options manquantes au menu ont diminué l'expérience de beaucoup.

Tout de même, 4 étoiles sur 5, car nous restons persuadés que la soirée d'hier était l'exception qui...
