We went there yesterday to celebrate my sisters birthday a family reunion of eight people. We asked for a place on the side patio and we’re given a place at the end of the patio as soon as we sat down and started talking we could not hear each other because of the noise of the traffic from the street which was terrible first deception. After which we waited at least 20 minutes to place or drink order another 20 minutes for the appetizers and 30 minutes to place the main menu orders while this was going on the sun was going down directly in our faces on the one side of the table there were no blinds or any thing to prevent that from happening and the waitress was not responding. So we had to endure after that the food was so so except for those who took the goat goat cheese salad or lobster risotto which are both appetizers. For the main menus it was really bland for the scallops six small scallops with half cold rice and half cold carrots and a few beans fairy Bland and no taste worth $30 same as those who took haddock no one enjoyed their meal except those who took the appetizers above. Then when we wanted to leave as soon as possible the replacement waitressTook 20 minutes to bring or ask for our bills then she got mixed up three times and it took another 20 minutes completely unacceptable completely ridiculous I would not recommend anyone who wants to spend a lot of money on good food...
Read moreWhile vacation in my home town of Shediac, NB from Calgary Alberta, I’ve had the opportunity for the first time to experience what I would call a 5 star A La Carte Dinner.
We were greeted by a very friendly hostess/waitress. We were explained the menu and the special very well. While dining at Le Petit Paris, i opted for the A La Carte which was a Lobster Risotto for the appetizer which was beyond excellent and very tasteful. For the Main Course I chose the Coquille Saint Jacques which was beyond delicious. The portions are big and the menu is priced very well for the quality of the food you will enjoy.
While we were enjoying pour food and wine, the owner/chef Montassar came to our table on a few occasions to make sure our food was at our taste. I thought that was very personable on his behalf and very professional.
I cannot wait til next summer when I return to Shediac and enjoy a nice dinner at Le Petit Paris. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this little gem if you are looking for good quality food with an...
Read moreWe ordered wine and 40min later the waitress came back to ask which wine we wanted. That took another 20min and said that the hold up was due to not having any ice. Finally got our drink (glass of wine) 1h later. Ordered apps and mains. Everything came out at once we said oh well we wanted the escargo as our app to which she responded oh well you didnt specify so we had our app and main all at once and it barely fit on the table. She did not come back to check on food or to clean up empty glasses/dishes. Horrible service for a fine dining experience. Bill was 260 with tip for 2 people. Love to support local but this was one of the worst restaurant service ive ever experienced. The lobster rissoto was phenomenal though on the...
