We had a terrible experience on this branch!!! 800-2015 12 Avenue N Sherbrooke QC J1E 4J5 Canada

Me, my husband and my son wanted to eat on this branch yesterday with a drinks from Starbucks, we are about to order a food but a janitress came to our table saying that our drinks is not allowed on the restaurant because it is not their drinks, (we did not know that) but we understand that, maybe it's their policy, and the lady said that she will ask inside if they gonna allow us to eat with that drinks inside their resto. So one guy came to us, he did'nt even greet us and just said directly that "the drinks is not allowed" without even saying "Good afternoon" or just a proper greetings to a customer! It is so rude! So we said that "we will order with their menu", the man say again that the drinks is not allowed without any explanations why the drinks is not allowed!! So I just said that "Okay no problem" and we just go out on that resto. It is a discrimination for us! We understand that all business have their own policies, but we are hoping that their staffs knows how to handle properly a situation like this. Please train your staffs. Absolutely amazing, I had traditional chicken wings and mozza sticks.

The wings were plump and juicy with very tasty seasoning. The fact that made it a 5 star to me however is that the flavour isn't just skin deep, it goes deep into the meat! It's not KFC style fried but the skin is crispy and crunchy.

The mozza sticks were mozza sticks...not much to say about them.

Pricing was around $15 per person for my wife and I to get 6 wings/mozza sticks each.

Next cross country trip we do, i'd love to stop in if we go...

1-Nourriture très bien (28 mars 11h15) 2-propreté excellente 3- service très moyen, je demande à l’employée s’il y a un menu dîner sur quoi elle me répond que c’est une rôtisserie ici du poulet… je me demande pourquoi elle me dit ça car c’est comme évident que c’est ça là!!!! Elle parle fort avec ces consœurs de travail, nous sommes assis entrain de manger et tout ce qu’on entend c’est elle qui cacasse d’une nouvelle employée fort , c’est dérangeant elle parle fort sans arrêt à en donner mal à la tête. Elle infantilise le client, quand j’ai demandé s’il avait un menu dîner c’était pour connaître les promotions s’il y a des repas avec soupe… question de me mettre en appétit, j’ai failli quitter quand j’ai regarder le menu et que j’ai fait mon choix malgré son verbiage inutile , j’ai choisi le repas 2 cuisses elle se remet à parler fort pour me dire qu’il y a 2 cuisses dans mon assiette… je lui répond coudon je peux tu avoir ce repas lol 😂??? Sérieux je ne retourne plus à ce Benny je vais continuer d’aller à st elie l’ambiance est beaucoup plus relax! Les clients ont pas besoin d’entendre une commère parler de la nouvelle employée qui fait de son mieux sûrement et elle parle trop et trop fort c’est carrément assez pour couper l’appétit!
