Café Bla-Bla — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Honestly, what? When we (me and my family) came here, we were the only people that were present. When we ordered, we were the only people. Then other people arrived in the same number of people my family comprises of. They were getting their food much faster than us. It's as if those people were a priority. Now, the food. I don't know where to start. I looked at the burger selection and there was not one single normal burger to be found. I mean, some people might be into that, but some people just want a completely regular cheeseburger. My family ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a plate of carbonara. The pizza: I get it if the toppings are spicy, but when the crust is spicy and no filling was inserted in it, there's a problem, also the crust was hard. The pasta: I don't know if they heard my order wrong or they decided to put carbonara in the menu without knowing what it was. Still, between the two meals, the pasta was the most edible dish. We waited 75 minutes for two crappy dishes. I was starving all the time (ate one toast this morning, since we had to leave for Sherbrooke at 8 am)....

My experience at Café Bla-Bla definitely exceeded my expectations. First off, the place looks really nice, with a French bistro vibes and dim lighting. The waiters are bilingual, very friendly and make sure to keep asking if everything is going well. As for the food, it is amazing! I ordered the american beef burger and it was cooked to perfection, with fries that are the right amount of crispy. I also have to mention that their burgers are very customizable, from the type of meat (beef, chicken etc.), to the toppings and the fries sauce. My boyfriend ordered the bla bla nachos with extra chicken and found them to be great as well. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again when I'm in...

This used to be a Sherbrooke go-to, but after returning for a visit, we were sorely disappointed. The atmosphere was very loud with pour acoustics, so could not hear each other very well. The menus have not changed in the 10+ years since I had last been there.

Ordered an entree, burger and beer. The entree arrived before the beer. The waitress working was quite busy and seemed to possibly be one of one or two waiters at the tables.
