Cantine 75 — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Went here earlier today on a Saturday afternoon. Busy little place running in a slightly unprofessional atmosphere as they seem to cater mostly to the college and university students of the city.

The prices are very very good for what you get.

We took 2 types of "French tacos", a "Cheesy Easy" and a Napoli. Both were huge and heavy super filled burritos essentially that are grilled and don't tear apart or drip everywhere.

The Cheesy Easy had beef, chicken, fries, double cheese and sauce which was super filling and tasty although very heavy and very much on the fatty side therefore lacking only a little bit of flavor.

The Napoli had beef, fries, cheese, tomatoes and sauce. This one was much more balanced, flavorful, not too heavy but still very filling.

Outstanding! Best sandwich place in Quebec.. yes I will even dare say Canada. Fresh ingridents! Brilliant owner and friendly chef who knows what great food is. Don't let the street food vibe fool you.. he's one of the best restaurants in town especially downtown and the prices are very good. Id rather eat here than spend 20-30$ on a small dish .. from somewhere else like cafe bla bla which isn't fresh and frozen food. No frozen food here! Fresh everything even his sauces are amazing. Always a pleasure to pick up take out or delivery. I hope cantine 75 stays in business a very long time! The sandwiches& tacos & burgers & poutines & panini are excellent.. everything on the menu is delicious! great portions and always fresh:) worth the price...

Very interesting menu. The seasoned fries are good. I think they make the poutine with the seasoned fries too and that was a little too much. Many interesting options of burger, chicken burgers, sandwiches...the only thing is that they have a LOT of different sauce and for me it was too much. On the plus side, you can always ask to remove some of the sauces. The guy at the service counter gave really good service. There is not many tables to eat in the restaurant so be aware of that. I think if you want to eat something different, it is a good...
