Chicking — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Very poor service the grantee was very disrespectful towards us (her name is Nadia) I went couple days ago and a worker that was working charged me for a aluminum plate and then went today and ask for the same thing and she said they don't do that anymore so I explained to her I was charge and there was no problem but the grantee today (nadia) if she gave me her right name because I'm gonna call and make a complaint to the big boss anyways she was so rude because I said well never mine I'm not eating here I'm go to the other one

A little message to Nadia if you have attitude problem maybe you shouldn't be working in public because the restaurant is gonna lose alot of clients just...

The ambiance, the lightning, the space.. I mean, you kind of forget it is a fast food restaurant because of how nice it looks. Something that people should be awared is that there is a 15% discount to students and to people that are old enough to have their cards. We found that out on our table, just not when we had to pay. The cashiers were nice enough to give us a discount after talking about it to them. On the down side, they dropped my change in my food and laughed about it instead of doing something about it. In this time and age, I'd be quick to say they should of remake my food instead. I'd still come back...

Today’s date - December 15th, 2024 - For starters, parking lot is a hazard. Covered in ice; just like a skating rink. Heaven help someone falls and sues your company. And the freezing rain was a week ago, so what is the reason your parking lot has not been cleared??

Menu - no soup; no hot tea available. Asked for 2 club sandwiches white meat. Received dried out dark meat. Sandwiches were flattened; unappetizing. Also, what’s with charging $2.00 extra for an extra paper plate?!?! Absurd.

Asked to speak to manager, no manager on duty. A really disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT THIS...
