Portions have been cut down but still the best and cheapest place for poutine hot dogs smoked meat burgers and club sandwiches. New owners are smart keeping the fresh ingredients and classic menu. Great family owned restaurant. This place has fed four generations of my family. It is a Sherbrooke tradition. Any local who moves away stops by for a hotdog and a fries on the way back into town. Hamburgers are ground sirloin. Potatoes are delivered fresh twice a week, peeled and served within a few days. How do I know? I used to haul the bags up and down the stairs. Used to go to Louis when I was a student. The place did not change much. Service was fast. The burger was OK but the meat didn’t look cooked enough, but I was not sick, so it is all good.
