Famous Wok — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Wow, this was hands down the worst food court Chinese food I have ever eaten. The bourbon chicken was nothing like I have ever tasted and I have eaten bourbon chicken at numerous other spots. I think they accidentally spilled a pile of pepper in there. All I could taste was pepper on this rubbery meat. It was bizarre. And horrible. I can’t explain how much black pepper was simply there almost covering up what was supposed to be the bourbon sauce. The fried rice was simply white rice with some peas and carrots in it. Definitely not fried rice. Mixed vegetables were quite good to be fair. And the chicken balls were as per normal pure dough but very heavy soaked up with grease. Need less to say I wasted 16 dollars and tossed most of it in the garbage. Very disappointing. I wasn’t looking for Michelin star food here but I did expect edible. Ladies being the counter were...

Three ribs left in the pan looked like they had been there all day and tasted like it too since they let me finish them off, no chance of new food coming out at all and it was 6:00 pm. Portion was brutal for 20 bucks-my daughter had Edo a few doors down and it was double the portion for 11.95. Like I said, never again, do not waste your time or money...
