Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

We placed an order through your app at 4:51 p.m. on October 15, with an estimated pickup time of 5:51 p.m. The app’s progress bar indicated that the order was “ready,” so we proceeded to your Sherwood Park location. However, upon arrival at 5:51 p.m., the order was still not prepared. I spoke with Sandeep and she said it is not done. 45 minutes later I spoke to Subu & asked about my order, she spoke to Sandeep who said she would get it made. Finally at 7pm, over 2 hours after placing our order, I asked Sandeep for a refund and to cancel my order. She said she would not give a refund and I can’t cancel it. She took my phone from my hands, gave it to Subu, who laid it on the food prep service and started to prepare my food. I got it at at 7pm!!!

We understand that today may be a busy day, which is why we specifically chose to order ahead online. Unfortunately, it appears that in-person orders are being fulfilled before those placed through the app. This inconsistency is disappointing, especially for first-time customers relying on the online ordering system for convenience.

Our initial experience with both the Sherwood Park location and your app has been less than satisfactory. We hope you will review your online ordering and fulfillment process to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction moving forward.

Osmow’s Shawarma sherwood park is hands down the best spot for shawarma lovers! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the delicious aroma of freshly cooked food and a friendly atmosphere.

I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, and it was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. The sauces are what really take it to the next level—especially their signature garlic and hot sauce. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get great value for your money.

The staff are always welcoming and quick, ensuring a smooth and satisfying dining experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or craving a hearty dinner, Osmow’s never disappoints.

Highly recommend the “On the Rocks” or “On the Stix” for a unique twist! If you haven’t tried Osmow’s yet, you’re seriously missing out. Five stars...

I’m giving 5 stars because I like the food but please tell your employees to not be so cheap on the rice. I ordered a large order of on the rocks beef and she was basically slowly measuring out the scoops one by one making sure she didn’t give me too much. Just load that the box up … Rice is a low cost product its a fraction of the cost compared to the rest of the meal so don’t be CHEAP with it, I should be full at the moment.
