Those ladies working there are really rude and don't know anything about customer service. I went in with my daughter to get some food and from the minute I entered o felt rushed. The workers appeared annoyed just because we werent familiar with the plance and didnt quite know what we wanted and I couldn't help but feel that they were saying rude things about us in their language. Anyways many of the items were not available and many others looked like they had been sitting there a long time. We still just decided to pick what looked good and give it a try. Our order both contained Chiw mein noodles and what was left was old and mostly onions. I asked if we could get fresh noodles without so much onion. The lady said we would have to wait for a new batch and we said we would. We stood near the counter to watch and we were told to sit further away and they would call us when the food is ready. My daughter's order came with a drink and she accidently dropped it. We said sorry and I told my daughter to just get another one. All the workers just stood there and not one of them said it's OK, or offered another cup or anything. When I got home and opened our food we realized that we waited for nothing. They gave me some of the new noodles and gave my daughter the old noodles full of onions. I had ro drive back and when I got there an employee was sitting in the middle of the puddle of pop my daughter spilled and nothing was done about that. When I complained to the lady who helped she immediately got defensive and asked me how I even know the noodles are old. I told her I know because they gave us two orders and the noodles are not the same. They just casually said they will just exchange it for one with fresh noodles. At that point I couldn't stay quiet anymore. I told them how horrible the service was and to not even say sorry or anything to make the customer feel better is not acceptable. They mumbled to each other in their language again and just put a new order on the counter for me and said here you go sir. Sorry about that. Read moreSunday Sept.28 - 5pm...2 couples ahead of us in line. 20 minutes later they still hadn't served the 2 seniors ahead of us who also wanted to dine in. Half the dishes in the serving counter were empty - 4 more were down to the last scraps, so no selections could be made! The one cook in the kitchen was scrambling to replace them, but as soon as fresh foods were put into the serving counter the 3 serving staff shouldered each other to fill take-out boxes. Meanwhile we, and now 6 new arrivals, were left waiting in line!!! No service at all, not even one word of acknowledgement from behind the counter!! This was our 1st time there so I asked one of the staff if it would be faster to have ordered online and pick up at the drive thru window. She said "maybe, but if your order isn't complete you'll have wait in your car in the parking lot until it's ready". Her abrupt tone & body language said she was busy and didn't particularly care. The food looked & smelled delicious, but after 20 minutes we & two other couples behind us left in frustration. SUGGESTION: have 3-4 more experienced cooking staff; plan ahead for peak demand; teach your counter staff to be less offensive to your guests. After all, you've spent a lot of money to get us in your door...so why turn us away with such a poor first impression? We may try again, since the food looked so good. We'll see. Read moreWe love the food WHEN the order is actually correct. I keep thinking "maybe this time they'll get it right" and going back. I would say they have about a 30% success rate on getting the orders correct. We got smart and started checking it in the drivethru before driving off. We learned our lesson after opening it up at home and finding it wrong. I seem to always be annoying or inconveniencing the staff when I order something that has a wait time for it. What I find odd is why is there almost 100% a wait time for rice or vegetables....yet people go inside and grab food instantly. I've sat in the car waiting for almost 30 mins at times. When they get it right, its good but today was the last time they got it wrong before I left this review.
Some suggestions: #1 Ensure the order is correct. Basically inexcusable considering the small amount of items on the menu. -#2 Invest in people with some actual customer service skills or atleast the acknowledgement that customers exist and maybe treating them with a little decency wouldn't hurt #3 For a place that serves basically buffet style food, at the actual lunch our (noon) have food available so customers don't have to wait 10, 15, 20 mins.
