Subway — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

My visit was above expectation. I showed up with an unexpected mid-sized order a half an hour before the lunch rush. The sandwiches were exactly what you wanted and expected. Produce was good, I have experienced other Subways where that could not be said. The bread was fresh.

Simran was operating the counter by herself and was able to complete the order while helping walk in pick ups and managing the incoming crowd. The whole time she was pleasant with me and everyone that she talked to. She worked like a machine to get the order out quickly without skimping on service or the sandwiches. The worst subway of all time. The person working literally had no idea what she was doing. The other person was rushing to get skip orders done. The lady was clearly training however. Every single thing I told her she did wrong. It was as though she crumbled up the sub to wrap it in the packaging. They were thrown in the bag it wasn’t even opened all the way. I just went today and there was nobody in the store just the two workers so I thought I would be in and out, I walk up and the two coworkers first off put their conversation first and waited to ask what I want after deciding to stop talking. While Nujan the worker was making my sandwich she is still talking to the other co worker I normally don’t care but if she can’t multitask then she needs to focus on the customer first.
