Tutti Frutti breakfast & lunch — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

well this today was the first for me in almost 20 years .I never tipped today ,here is the story of my family meal .first we show up a family of 5 for brunch and ask if there is a table big enough for us to eat at that time and they said yes right this way .we go to sit down and it's a table for 4 ! and she just slides a chair from the table beside over lol while there is other bigger table available they must just reserve them for bigger family's ? idk so I just say to the other waitress look I'm pulling this table over so we can have some room I'm not sitting like this and she agreed.ask for our drinks and we get coffee / 2 squeezed orange juices and a water and a bottle of orange juice for the 6 year old of ours .we get the bottle of orange juice and it looked brown ! we looked at the expiry date and it expired in sept of last year... absolute madness I was thinking maybe the food will be better .wrong.they bring out 3 of the 5 plates and then don't come for another 10 minutes with the other 2 lol I started to eat then realized the other 2 plates were not coming so I stopped because it was very rude me just sitting there eating in front of them .that actually make me kinda mad. 2 plates had egg shells in the eggs somehow .the over easy and the poached soft on the eggs benedict.the waffle that one of my kids ordered was so large and full of stuff the plate was to small and it made a huge mess .the deep fried the sausage and they were full of grease first time I have witnessed my kids never finish their bacon 🥓 .anyways this was a horrible experience and if you live near this place and like the tutti probably best just drive to another location this was...

What a disappointment this place was unfortunately. We drove 20 minutes to try this little place out. The menu sounded and looked delicious. Maybe just maybe, we caught them on a bad day. But I’m not sure if I’ll even give it a second go one day or not. Food took forever to come, but that wasn’t a huge deal. What sucked was when it did, it was cold. I ordered the grilled cheese eggs Benedict, with cheese on my shredded hash browns. My cheese was not melted and so I went to stir it in and it still wasn’t melting. Stuck my finger in it, and it was cold. Not even warm. And then as I’m stirring my hash browns, a big long crinkly black hair poked up and starred my in my face. My husband said just pull it out, but I’m sorry once that happens my appetites gone. I kindly waved the lady down and told her that sadly it was cold and had a hair in it. She took it away right away. 1 minute later she brings my eggs Benedict back, just without the hash browns. I knew it was the same one as it was still cold. But whatever. The hash browns came a few minutes later and they looked super crispy. Sure enough took a few bites, they were a bit warmer and super crunchy and over cooked. My husband said for sure they just fried up the same hash browns and took the hair out and served them back to me. Not sure if they did or not. But it was enough to make me nauseous and I ended not even eating them. Same with the grilled cheese eggs Benny. They were subpar. I had a few bites but unfortunately my appetite was completely gone. The bill came and it had $5.00 taken off. Nothing special. Left feeling very...

We walked in and needing a place to eat since we were very hungry. The staff lady was so mad because it was 2:28pm and they close at 3pm She was dropping the glass to our table showing how annoyed she was. Proceeds to take the orders with nothing but angry tone. The milkshake glass was covered all over outside like they didnt care at all. I’m not sure if thats how they make their crepe: nutella and banana but it felt like Nutella with a bit of crepe. Unnecessary amount of Nutella. We ate (chocking) on all our food in 25mins we made it out before 3pm. The staff lady said she had a long day. We all had worked at a restaurant from the past, we know unexpected customers can still come before the closing hour but no matter how frustrating that could be. They must be treated well still as thats the part of customer service . Or else you must really hate your job. Also maybe if staff gets angry at people who comes in before closing ,might as well close at 2:30pm and not have it 3pm because that’s misleading. Overall was not happy about the food...
