I have went through many channels and I feel like nothing has been done to correct the issue after I have talked to many people. I visit the McDonald’s in Morrisburg daily. Probably 2-4 times a day for my coffee among other things. My coffee is always made properly during the week Monday - Friday. Always on the weekends when I go I can guarantee that 3 out of the 4 times I go I never have sugar in my coffee. When I brought it up to the manager there multiply times to multiply managers and the response I get is to ask for sugar on the side. I know my order only comes to 5$ a visit but I don’t feel like I should have to ask for sugar on the side , if that’s the case then I’ll just make my coffee at home. I then after getting nothing from the managers there I called the number to talk to someone else about the issue and ever since then it has been worse. They know who I am because of what I order and I swear they know it’s me complaining again so they don’t put sugar in it. I know that’s not what’s happening cause all the girls and guys that work there are great and I have no complaints about the service I receive. They are incredible but the sugar thing needs to be fixed. I don’t understand why a multi million dollar company can not provide their staff with a sugar dispenser that lets them know when they are empty or something because it gets very frustrating when you get on the highway and take a sip of your coffee and find out there is no sugar in it. Ruins my morning as silly as that sounds. My small community has a McDonald’s and a Timmies and I am about to bring my business to Timmies even though I enjoys McDonald’s coffee over timmies. The reason why I am reviewing this now after multiple times being unsatisfied is because I went through yesterday and had no sugar and again...
Read moreI go here one to three times a month to eat out. in my experience the restaurant is fine if you are just looking for a quick snack/meal. you wont find professional dinning here. you can often find employees chatting with their customers which I presume is their friends but also some are very professional as warning others of specific things work related I can tell the few of them care deeply about their work and have experience but for others it's just to get the day over with, I witnessed examples of both on the same day. I have seen a revolving door of employees and how there have been countless people who have worked here which is good for new workers to the field and I support them for that. upholding a golden standard is not their main goal. sometimes I get great service sometimes I'm dismissed without a second thought. I never know all I know is that what you get here is a fast food experience not high quality dining. my one only true gripe is I often find ingredients on the side such as either the pickles or the sauce itself. If I had one thing to say about this restaurant is that it is...
Read moreI was hungry and was in Casselman doing some business so decided to go to McDonald's. I wanted to try something fairly healthy but with some of my favourites, so I ordered a crispy chicken wrap, small fries & a chocolate milk. The first window was closed so you had to pay your $ & get your food all at the second window. There were 2 long line ups. My milk came first, the girl confirmed my order and handed me my bag of food. It seemed rather heavy for 2 small items but thought oh well, maybe something else comes with a wrap. I had to go to the bank into the teller so waited to come out to eat. Well, you guessed it, they gave me a wrong order. Looking in the bag was like opening a surprise package on Christmas day. I had a large fries, 3 junior chicken sandwiches & 20 chicken nuggets. Wow! What a haul!! Probably cost more than my $14.07. The only thing is I don't like that junk. Well, I guess I had some of the fries and of course the chocolate milk but that's all. I gave it all away to others who loved it. I hooted & laughed all...
