Life's A Slice Pizza — Restaurant in Springwater

Same owners as B2’s Pizza. I stopped going here a long time ago because the attitude and quality (especially the quality).

I just want to post this night’s experience at B2’s on here so people know what to expect from a place that is owned by the type of people who would hire such horrible staff...

@B2’s: I ordered a panzerotti, a pizza and some garlic bread. I arrived early a couple minutes to pick up. After finishing with another customer the cook went back to get my food out of the oven and all I heard was foul language. He came back to tell me he’s burnt the panzo. I also noticed the pizza had bubbles that were burnt, but didn’t see any other reason to have them waste it too. He re-made the panzo. All the while cursing (foul) about the oven. With the new panzo and pizza and garlic bread at home I found the garlic bread was burnt on the bottom so I took it back and he re-made that too. But as I left my wife called to tell me the kids panzo didn’t get the garlic butter spread they had asked for so I went back. The guy may have been having a bad night, but there is no excuse for the attitude I received and the language anyone in that place had to hear. He dared to imply my children were lying about the fact he forgot to put the garlic spread on their panzo. And when I told him I would never be back he said “Good, we don’t need you back, you’re a frivolous customer anyway” My family has been getting our pizza there since it was Cheezers and on a fairly regular basis. (Normally 3 large pizzas).

I will never step foot in B2’s again. May their imminent bankruptcy bring a new owner with decent staff. And if you are the owner, I will not be patronizing Life’s a...

They refuses paid customers to use their washrooms by putting “out of order” sign on the door of two perfect working condition washrooms.

The guy working at this restaurant said to me “do you read English ?” I was totally shocked, never been treated so rudely.

I told him it’s against the municipal bylaws if they refuses to provide access to the washroom for their customers. But this guy thought he was smart, he told me his “boss” would not pay him because I wanted to use their washroom.

Obviously it was this guy who doesn’t want to clean up the washrooms as part of his routine jobs and faked this “out of order” sign.

We've always ordered B2's pizza in Elmvale but they were a 40 minute wait the other night so we decided to try Life's A Slice and man oh man were we happy we did! Let me preface this with B2's pizza is Great, but after having Life's A Slice they're going to be our new go to...top of the pizza was done and crispy as well of the bottom was crisp(not burnt but done perfectly) we had the cheesey garlic fingers with it which were delicious although a bit strong on the italian spice and garlic but still very good. Going to try the same as before but add a caesar...
