Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Squamish

To be perfectly honest I've had almost nothing but bad experiences here. I would give it less than one star if I could. The foods always late with delivery, and once I never even got my food I had ordered. I had tried to contact the Pizza Hut in town and she told me it was my fault I never got it and that there was nothing she could do for me. I even called head office about it and got a call back, thinking I would receive some semblance of customer service but instead entered into a loop of them telling me to call the store and the store, in turn, telling me it was my fault I never got it (I have no idea what that even means. I ordered online and you failed to deliver, how is that my fault?) That's not how customer service works. That'll be the last time I eat...

On my way back to Vancouver, called and decided to customize my pizza.. stuffed crust with a bit of almost everything.. the guy on the phone was so friendly and when i picked it up it was the best pizza I'd ever eaten! It was PERFECT 🍕 Few days later i tried at my local pizza hut, they charged me $10 more and said it was $3-4 per add-on. I mean, how much do 5 olives really go for? Technically its about one olive cause its sliced haha. I ended up not liking the one from the north van location.

Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. It arrived on time, however it was overcooked and rubbery, with sparse toppings and zero flavour. Due the hunger that had taken over my household we ate it, but under circumstances where we had the patience and stamina to make other arrangements, it would have most definitely been sent back or chucked in the garbage. 2/3 of a bottle of Franks barely made it edible.
