Hellcrust Pizza - Squamish — Restaurant in Squamish

Extremely disappointed in our to go order tonight. The crust was thin and soggy -we could not even pick up our pizza slices. Perhaps thin crust is how they do it which is fine.

The issues were the below: -ordered a jalapeno cheese bread for our appetizer.. no jalapeños to be found -ordered the mordor chicken pizza and it was missing the BBQ glaze -ordered the belly of the beast pizza and the sausage bits all would fall off as soon as you lifted the pizza (which itself was flimsy due to being such a thin and soggy crust) -lastly we ordered the chicken wing bites in Buffalo sauce.. the sauce was effortlessly drizzled rather than the bites being tossed in the sauce. The bites were also very burnt.

We figured we would give this a shot today however we were very disappointed not one item turned out the way it was ordered. Will go back to our usual Squamish favorites after...

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas last night for the family, 5 min drive home and they were ice cold. Ordered dips over the phone and didn’t get those either. We reheated them in the oven, and to our dismay they tasted like cardboard. We ordered extra toppings and they put ONE jalepeno on each pizza slice (same for all other “extra” toppings.) Extremely cheap on toppings, yet we paid over 90$ including tip. The pizzas were both not even cut half way through so we had to recut them as well! My husband threw out the remainder of his pizza. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Tried calling today to complain, and was told that the manager wasn’t in yet so we could not be helped. Still haven’t heard back. Sad to say this was a very disappointing take out experience. Ordered through UberEats, and picked up inside of 10 mins of it being ready. We had wings, a pizza, and a salad. Literally all the food was extremely soggy. The salad was almost inedible. It must be made at the start of the shift, with the dressing combined already, and sat like that until it’s slopped into your take out container. It looked like leftover salad you leave in the fridge overnight. I had to DRAIN half a centimetre of liquid out of the bottom of the container which I regrettably did before I took the photos.
