The last time I ordered, they didn’t include all the toppings, and the sub was poorly made. So today, I decided to order online and waited for my food.
When I arrived, the Punjabi lady with black framed glasses told me it would be ready in 15 minutes because she had to make another order first. However, there were no other orders,,just one customer with a half sub, which another staff member was already making.
She pretended to be busy, standing at the cashier until the customer paid. Then she finally came back to the order line and started making my sub. She put very little lettuce, so I politely asked for more. She told me she would add more after all the other toppings. But when she added the other toppings, she put very little of everything and was about to close the sub.
I asked nicely once again, “Could you please add more lettuce?” She responded in a rude tone, “How can I close it if I put more lettuce?” When I initially asked for more lettuce, she said she would add it at the end, but instead of doing so, she yelled at me. I asked again if it was okay to add more lettuce, and she threw a tiny amount onto my sub.
Additionally, during my last online order, they didn’t give us a bag, so this time I asked for one. She said there would be a charge. I mentioned that online orders usually don’t have a bag charge, but she insisted, “No, we charge for all bags.”
This was terrible customer service, and we will never come...

Munching on my footlong sandwich, I all of a sudden chomped on something rock hard. When my tooth pain eased, I phoned them right away to nicely report the issue. Staff showed no sign of apology and after consulting with owner only said flatly, “come back and we will give you a new sandwich”. I mentioned that I was on my way to Whistler and would need to return later during the day. Upon my return, the staff demanded that the old sandwich be brought back before a new one can be given. A call to the staff who made the sandwich gave the reply, “you complain after you eat your sandwich”, “I made your sandwich so I know there is nothing wrong with it”, in addition to insisting that she had already told me to bring the old sandwich back.
At this point I finally realized that they think I made this all up (while holding and showing them the evidence in my hand) just to get another sandwich for free, despite the fact that it was their staff who offered it in the first place!
I have been to this Subway multiple times in the past due to its convenient location right next to the Superchargers and the service has been consistently bad (but not humiliating like this time). I will not be returning and will give all Subways a wide berth as who knows what my teeth will chomp...

Food wise, you know what you are getting however service was a definite miss. The staff was just rushing everyone through and it wasn’t even that busy. The sandwich was sloppy with meat missing, the sandwiches were wrapped in one paper and leaked all over, they charged the wrong price. Once told about the wrong price they were rude about it as if it was our fault. Last time we stop here on our way...
