Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I’m truly impressed! I came by for the first time today and after using the restroom, I highlight how immaculately clean they were and they also have wave to open and wave to lock buttons, which is the first time I’ve seen that. I thought that was awesome. After that I went over to order my food and the staff were Super kind and offering their help since it was my first time checking the restaurant out. After I ordered the most impressive thing happened throughout my whole visit. An Uber driver came in to pick up an order that somebody had placed, and he did not have a food delivery bag with him. The manager actually refused to give him the food because that wasn’t a Sanitary thing for him to just have the food in his car. I couldn’t believe it. Not only are they looking out for the quality inside the restaurant but also the food that leaves the restaurant too. Once my order is ready, the manager actually came out from around the counter personally handed my food and wish me a good day. On top of all that the food was very delicious and I can’t wait to come back again....

I went to Mary Browns for the first time this past Saturday. I had long day, and needed something hot and ready to eat. When walking into the restaurant I was immediately greeted by staff, allowed time to make my decision, and when ordering I realized that the team that was serving me was well-trained. It is very rare that you are treated like you are eating at a 5 star restaurant, but actually eating at a fast-food place. After every thing was ordered, the staff explained they would bring my order over to my table! (What!) awesome! The food was fast, tender and well-seasoned. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich, potato wedges and a banana cream pie. Everything tasted good! The staff served other customers who I was there with the same excellent service, and took the time to check with every table to see if everything was tasting OK. I am so pleased. We stopped at this Mary Brown’s location on our way back from Niagara Falls and we had an outstanding experience! This is hands down the best Mary Brown’s location there is, not only was the ambiance perfect, the workers and service was beyond fantastic as well! Food was served to us at our table, the sauce quantity we received was abundant and the food was super fresh and scrumptious. Although they have discontinued the swicy sauce, the workers specially made the sauce for us, which was the most sweetest gesture. If we lived closer, we would visit this location on a regular basis but anytime that we are in the area we cannot wait to go again!
