Booster Juice — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Ordered a Very Berry and Funky Monkey drink through Uber Eats. 2 simple drinks nothing else and they took forever to make them. For reference we ordered a full breakfast from a seperate place and that was ready 10+ min faster. When we received the drinks they not only tasted terrible (we have ordered these both before multiple times and they were totally fine) but they also didnt fill the cups completely and or mix the drinks properly. Note the chunky monkey is yellow instead of the normal brown colour. They also normally put a purple sticker seal on top of the cup to show it was sealed and this was also missing. If I could rate below a 1 star I would. I even tried calling them to let them know how bad their service was so they could attempt to fix it but there number is out of service.....at least I now know which booster juice store to avoid...

Every single order that I place through Door Dash, which is every single weekend, has been incorrect. Wasted money each and every time! Not only does it take forever, but it arrives melted and wrong each and every time. The weekend staff here should be fired! I have never experienced such poor customer service, nor have I ever seen so many errors with such small orders. Don't waste your money here, because clearly the staff, the management, nor the owner care about the incomepetnce of their staff and location. If you want a great Booster Juice, then make the trip down to the Ontario Street location, because the staff and quality here are something to...

Update: After 2 yrs decided to give it another go…. Supposed to open at 10am. It’s 10:15 and it’s still closed. Horrible!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST Booster Juice I have ever been to!! If I could choose zero stars I would. Stood in line (1st up) for a solid 10min without my order even being taken. Three employees were there waltzing around taking their time. No customer service skills or communication. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and the 3rd bad experience I have had.
