As out-of-town visitors, we were on the hunt for a great meal and stumbled upon Pita Lite Shawarma. What a fantastic find it turned out to be! Our experience was nothing short of excellent.
First and foremost, the service truly stood out. We had the pleasure of being served by Hasan, whose friendliness and welcoming demeanor was welcomed. He was incredibly personable and genuinely seemed happy to help, making our visit feel personal and special. The service overall was prompt, attentive, and incredibly efficient – truly excellent in every regard.
And then there's the food! We came for the shawarma, and Pita Lite delivered in spades. The shawarma was simply very good – packed with flavor, the meat was tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned, and all the fresh fillings complemented it beautifully. It was clear that quality ingredients are a priority here, resulting in a truly satisfying and authentic taste.
Overall, our experience at Pita Lite Shawarma was an absolute delight. For anyone in the area – or even just passing through, like us – we wholeheartedly recommend stopping by. You'll not only get a fantastic meal, but also experience hospitality that makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back on...
Read moreDisappointed with the service and quality of food. Frozen store bought gyro meat sticks, wilted and browning lettuce, flavour was meh, nothing really stuck put as good especially the service. But hey, at least it was overpriced too! Definitely a downturn from the place that operated out of that spot a few years ago (pre-COVID).
In response to the reply from Pita Lite. The gyro meat, that I watched the worker take out of the freezer, is the same flat oval formed meat that you buy at the grocery store. I buy it on occassion for a cheap at home meal, but I go to restaurants and pay much more for real gyro, not the frozen processed crap. Yes, you have been there 4 years, but the place previous, with a similar menu, was much better in quality, pricing, quantity and staff, and I was sad to see it go. Hell, the lady working there put brown lettuce in my salad and then brought out new lettuce for the next order. She proceeded to make a comment that she (the other customer) gets the good lettuce while looking at me and down at my salad that was still not finished and looked gross. I truly have no desire to go back to the location to speak with anyone and will simply eat at one of the many other...
Read moreMy experience is unusual from most. My husband and I were at a park near Niagara Falls this past week & saw this perfect picnic, cookout set up & as we strolled by, the smell of the food cooking was amazing! We asked the the man who was cooking, what it was. He was an owner of Pita lite and and explained about his chicken and beef and sauces (kabobs) were all put together & his “trick” for getting beef to stay on the skewer! Sayed was having a, much needed, family vacation and as we spoke, they kindly offered us to join them. We instead, gladly accepted a plate to share. The food was absolutely delicious!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food & the kindness & generosity of Sayed’s beautiful family! Thank you for sharing and we wish there were a Pita lite near...
