3.5 stars - Located in the Port Plaza @ Lakeport and Ontario Street. There is plenty of parking out front and a Beer store 100 ft away (if that is your beverage of choice) This is a chain store with a decent pie if you like the crust doughy. The sauce is a little on the tangy side with a generous coating of cheese. The pies are baked in a conveyer oven (don’t expect a well done undercarriage - not much crunch with your bite) The price is definitely a bargain and staff are plenty friendly.

"I recently tried out Gino’s pizza and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The pizza was incredibly delicious, with a perfect crust that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers out there - you won't be disappointed!"

Was so excited to see a new Gino's pizza in town. Unfortunately it's nothing like the Gino's you know. The pizza crust is thicker and very doughy. My pizza may have been undercooked cause the top was just barely melted and the pepperoni isn't crispy, but the bottoms cooked. The pizza isn't cut on the bottom at all. Not what I was expecting will be going to the Grimsby and Niagara falls locations in the future

BRUTAL customer service. First of all I could barely understand the lady on the phone and she seemed like she didnt have a clue what she was doing. She was incredibly rude. The last time I ordered from here the pizza smelled funny and had a rancid taste. We had to throw it out it was so gross. I had called the store to let them know and the guy I spoke to told me he would give me a credit on my account and that next time I ordered to just give my phone number. So I go to order today and to use my credit and the lady that I spoke to says "I can't do that" and I said what do you mean you can't do that? And she goes well I don't know who you spoke to so I can't give you your credit. And so I said it doesn't matter who I spoke to the guy just said to give my phone number. And she goes "well I still can't give you that credit". And then hung up. Pizza sucks, customer service sucks....

Extremely disappointed with our first time trying this Gino's pizza. Ordered and was told it would take 25 minutes. Arrived there and waited another 25 minutes. Unfortunately I had already paid :( I think they burned our first pizza but without explaining what happened, the girl working just said it would take 5 more minutes. Ha! We asked if they could give us something because of the long wait and they did NOTHING about it. They didn't try to rectify the situation at all and they didn't apologize. What terrible business practice! I'm willing to give them one more chance, and hopefully things go better. Overall, the pizza did taste good so that was...
