Ordered three subs and one was a meal. Placed the order for delivery through the app.
All three subs had issues; from missing ingredients to being toasted when requested not to wrong chips being sent.
I reached out through the website to receive a refund or store credit only to get a generic scripted response, “ I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future.

I’m assuming they were in a terrible mood before hand and took it out on us. Widely unprofessional, I didn’t even force nor ask for a refund. I’ve seen this woman before and everytime it’s a terrible experience, if this manager isn’t fired I will never be returning. This was the last straw with her and I don’t know where subway went wrong. I have had lovely experiences in this building however the black cloud that is Nirmal needs to be removed or put into their place. They are not god, they work at subway. Read moreI went up to the workers to just ask if they knew what time the restaurant beside them open and an old lady that works there said does it look like it. is the gate down I was like yes she goes when than obviously it's not open. She was so snotty when she said it too. She leans over to her colleague and says I had to do say it as she was walking away.
