Burger King — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Updated review: Although this location has bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot for dinner. I enjoy Burger King often and know what to expect when it comes to the quality of food. My order this evening was fantastic. The poutine was hot, full of cheese and gravy. My burger was cooked perfectly, had the right amount of toppings and was prepared exactly like asked. Even the fountain pop was on point. Its nice to see that they are working out their kinks and turning into a solid location. I'm not completely convinced yet but figured I should update my initial review (see below). I'll give this location another chance no doubt. Thanks for the solid meal 💯 - upgraded from a one star to three star. If I get another delicious meal like this again I'll be sure to update further!

Original review: Hours say they open at 10am. Its currently 11:02am and the security gate is still across... What is going on with this location? I planned my day to stop in at the mall for an item and grab some breakfast on the way out. I'm off to...

They ran out of small patties and employee didn't want to cook more because they're closing in an hour. Manager runs out and grabs a big patty and instead of just giving a bigger patty cheeseburger for all the waiting and inconvenience he took a drink cup and literally use that to cut it smaller. Got the job done but lol come on.

Have been giving this place a chance.... there needs to be more communication among staff, and more efficient burger builder OR more employees. There was no one else in line, just me, no one ahead of me and it took between 10-15mins to get a single meal and burger, plus me having to ask it to even be given to me because it's sitting waiting in the hot bin. The front man service is very nice and apologetic but if they were just more efficient overall, worked better as a team, he wouldn't have to apologize so much. I'm not sure if it's more staff, different staff, better training, more communication or a mix of everything but there is definite room for improvement...

This burger king has really come a long way since first opening. While they could use some extra hands during the busy times, the service I've had has always been friendly and accommodating from the men who served me.

The coffee is surprisingly good, nice and smooth without a strong "coffee" after taste making it pair perfectly with my creamer.

The prices are reasonable and the new kiosks are a great addition. Note: the kiosk on the far right is pay at counter/ or with rewards only. Keep that in mind if you're trying to skip the line use...
