The Iced sugar oat latte tasted wonderful and so did the cranberry bliss bar. Vegan/vegetarian options available. Service was smooth, fairly quick and friendly. Server wrote "Happy Sunday" on my beverage which was instantly uplifting.

My hubby ordered my bday drink, a shaken espresso, via drive thru and it was literally a venti cup full of ice by the time the foam settled. I couldn’t send it back because we live a bit far from danny drive but I’m really disappointed.

Every since I’ve been going here in the past few months, service has fallen off. Ordered a Brownie heated up and a cup of Water and my friend ordered a Cake Pop and a Water and they took 40 minutes on our order, absolutely ridiculous, no food establishment should be taking this long, I’ve been to Starbucks on Topsail Road, Stavanger Drive, and Conception Bay South and none of them take this long, and when I finally received my Brownie it was ice cold straight out of the freezer, and then they took another 30 minutes trying to serve me some water, never coming back here again, this is absolutely ridiculous for a chain across USA and Canada and...

My co workers and I always order coffee from this location as it’s the only one we can order from near us on uber eats. When I go into store or drive and pick up drinks my drinks are always right. But when I’ve ordered through the drive thru the last 2 times my drinks have been wrong and I don’t have time to go back to get it fixed so it goes to waste. & the last 4 times ordering off of uber eats there’s been either a item completely wrong or missing something. I am not a fan of Starbucks especially after the Trump and trade war, however I must say that MELISSA HARTSON, super friendly Canadian made me reconsider going to this coffee network.

She is the best in any way possible, delicious food and drink, tentative service and believe me, she delivered drinks and food to the table, had a wonderful conversation with me and my friends.

It felt like a restaurant experience.

Please give her a salary raise
