Mr.Sub — Restaurant in St. Thomas

Ordered a Chicken Souvlaki sub and I feel sick from it.The gentleman making my sub was obviously new and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but, he clearly has extreme lack of training and needs to find a new sandwich making job elsewhere that is willing to provide him the proper training. To start, there was only two kinds of bread - why the hell isn't a sub shop stocked with more bread? When making it he clearly didn't know what to do, nothing was labeled for him so he had no clue what to actually put on my sub. He had no idea what type of meat was to go on my sub. He asked the lady who I assume is his manager/supervisor where the chicken was. He asked and she said, "I don't know, its white?, i think?" As she is sitting in the back corner doing a Sudoku puzzle or whatever she was doing. He proceeds to add what looks to be meatballs but, I didn't ask for a meatball sub.... whatever, that's cool, i am SURE its the right thing so, I ignore it. He finally finished making my sub and half of it fell a part while he was packaging it. I basically got a couple slabs of bread with some toppings in between and a few meatballs or chicken balls-- I donno what they are. I asked for Chipotle and Mayo. As nothing was labeled he asked the manager what the proper sauce was she didn't even get up off her a** to check but, instead replied, "I think so, it is hard to tell from here." He clearly put on the wrong sauce. I didn't voice my concerns to the young man because it isn't his fault but the lack of training he has received. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE AND MY FOOD I RECOMMEND NEVER COMING TO THIS STORE AGAIN. TACO BELL COULD MAKE BETTER SUBS.

It was so bad. I don't think We have ever had subs that were so bad before. I asked to have it toasted (it was not toasted) I watched them put it in the toaster & close the lid. apparently it did not toast any of our Subs,(3) they were all soggy! I am all for toppings & most of the time lots of toppings but I think maybe this was a little extreme (2) i didnt really have toppings just lettuce & tomatoe (mine seemed the most soggy) there was way too much toppings on the other 2. it all fell apart when I went to pick it up. All by the time I got it home and I only live down the street around the corner. It should not have gone soggy that fast. I wouldn't think. It never did before. I'm unsure maybe the chicken was still wet from being frozen after her microwaving it (5)times. Unsure what happened. Unsure if I'll go back or not People make mistakes. But if it happens again. My wife went to Mr. subs last night to get us each a sub for supper. We both had the same sub, which was a assorted with lettuce, tomatoes, and a few cucumbers after we eat the subs within two hours we were both sick to our stomach‘s and stomach cramps which told us they were probably food poisoning Was not a good experience. I’ve been eating here for years and years and years and never had this result before will never go back pretty sure the meat sits out on the counter all day long.or was just out of date It was about 6 o’clock at night when we picked up the subs super bad choice for dinner...
