Lee's Village Restaurant Ltd — Restaurant in Steinbach

Not sure which was worse, the food or the service but would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service was atrocious with little to no interaction with waitress. Drinks and hot water were never refilled, we were never asked how the food was and we had to go and find our waitress for the bill. The food was no better ! Very bland and what the F*&# is that clear thick sauce you get with the spring rolls ?!?!? If management even looks at these reviews, they have to train the serving staff properly and also get rid of the teenage short order cooks that prepare the meals because there is no way a chef works there. Seriously some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. It all came out hot, everything was cooked perfectly. All the meats were tender and not overdone. The Ginger Beef actually tasted like ginger. The staff was friendly and prompt. I live in Alberta, so I'm pretty sad that we can't eat here more often, but whenever we are in Steinbach, Lee's will be a must-stop. Thanks for the wonderful meal!

PS Any reviews complaining about price need to look at ordering group meals, Chinese food is always expensive when you order multiple custom meals. And take reviews like that at face value. A good meal at an expensive price is not a 1...

I sat with my family on a night when the buffet was happening to my surprise the buffet was empty with only a few scraps in the tins.
