I don't like posting negative reviews nor giving them but I would give no stars if I could.
I got a pizza with no sauce. I couldn't believe it at first and asked for another person to try it. Make that three people. They all agreed that there was little, to no sauce, on the pizza. As another review said, i was eating cardboard. This was insanely disappointing as I was so hungry after a long work day.
So i called to explain to perhaps get a new pizza or my money back. I tried to explain only for the lady to tell me that she made that pizza and KNOWS there is sauce on it. She said because I ordered chicken on my pizza, that's why it would be dry.
I was kind of flabbergasted that i was shut down so quick. So i sent in a family member to the actual store. We had cut into the pizza and you could see NO SAUCE. We showed them and they once again refused to listen and said 'oh no there is sauce, there's sauce, etc'.
What ever happened to the customer is always right? I'm just not sure why we had to go through such lengths to prove it was bad only to be told the same result with no...
Read moreWe love Rocco's Pizza. Fresher taste then the other local pizza places. Better customer service (both in person and on the phone). Fast service - at minimum on par with other local delivery drivers, and a number of time's I've been surprised at how fast they get the pizza to my door.
The pizza is awesome, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the "specialty" pizzas are GREAT (I recommend the Mexican Special, and the Manager's Special). Occasionally I find the pizza slightly greasy, but at it's worst it's been like a normal pizza from Domino's or Pizza Hotline. It only happens once in a while where I notice it, and for the most part it's LESS greasy then the other places in town.
I'd HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in town looking for great pizza.
The ONLY reason I'd recommend elsewhere is if you NEED to have pizza but can't afford much. But why by CHEAP pizza (thin, greasy, hardly any toppings) when you can spend a little bit more and get GREAT pizza with lots of awesome toppings (and better customer service on top!)
Great, I'd rate higher, but I can only...
Read moreBest fried chicken in town. Great deep fried pickles, and fantastic fries too. The pizza is good if you like the super-thin crispy crust variety. We get food from here all the time and that's unlikely to change any time soon. Very good customer service.
Update July 08/22 I had to take it down one star to 4/5. Everything I wrote above still stands, but what we've really come to notice is the quality of the pizza is inconsistent. Specifically the quantity of cheese: we order pepperoni and extra cheese, and depending on the day (or the crew working, perhaps) the quantity of cheese isn't even what I would expect on a normal pepperoni pizza, nevermind one that was ordered with EXTRA cheese. The other inconsistent item I've noted is the bake on the pizza. Sometimes perfect, sometimes over done - and with crust this thin, overdone can kill the food.
The frustrating thing is that sometimes the pizza comes AWESOME and is everything you'd hope for. Still deserves the 4 stars, but I couldn't leave it...
